    Systems Analyst

    Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Establish and maintain a trustful and engaged relationship with stakeholders through effective communication, expectation management and positive engagement
    • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal and external teams, to deliver tailored and effective digital solutions
    • Analyse problem statements to define scope and functional requirements to enhance current platforms to deliver expected customer experiences
    • Define technical integration requirements to third party services
    • Formulate functional requirements documentation for approval, prior to development commencing
    • Collaborate with the user experience and interface designers to deliver the optimal interface taking cognizance of CX, UX and UI best practice principles
    • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the delivery of the anticipated features
    • Create test cases for each user role to ensure the individual engagements have been catered for correctly
    • Test the solution developed to ensure it delivers the standard of quality and features expected
    • Manage the user acceptance testing cycle to ensure possible defects are resolved timeously
    • Provide post-production support to define and implement any production fixes
    • Provide system user guides and training, where applicable
    • Review platform engagement reporting to identify any enhancements that may improve customer experience or system efficiency
    • Gain and grow domain knowledge within the customers business context

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree or diploma in Information Systems
    • Proven experience of at least 2 years, in development and/or analysis of systems, within the bespoke software development industry
    • Proficient understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
    • Proficient in software design, user interface and customer experience principles

    Client Liaison

    Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships within corporate clients.
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for client enquiries and requests.
    • Understand client needs and collaborate with internal and external teams, to deliver tailored and effective digital solutions.
    • Prepare proposals and cost estimates, managing the balance between ensuring cost effectives for client and profitability for Interfront.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling additional services.
    • Coordinate the technical team and any third parties on the requirements to deliver the project successfully and within budget.
    • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
    • Manage multiple project delivery, using ticketing and project coordination tools.
    • Manage client status meetings (remotely or occasionally in person) for each client division and any third parties involved, reporting on project progress and facilitating stakeholder contributions.
    • Prepare and present reports.
    • Receive system support queries from clients, evaluate and replicate issues where necessary, as well as manage the process of implementing production fixes.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends in software development and those affecting clients’ products and services.
    • Manage project communication, including project plans, meeting minutes, system support queries and task management.
    • Perform impact analysis for project changes and manage the change variation accordingly.
    • Understand the Interfront software release process and manage releases to ensure delivery within agreed timeframes.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Degree, diploma in marketing, business administration, computer science and/or matric with proven experience of at least 4 years, coordinating client engagements and/or project implementation, within the bespoke software development industry.
    • Proficient understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.
    • Proficient in software design, user interface and customer experience principles.
    • Proficient in project management (Certification beneficial).

    Senior Test Analyst

    Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Analyse/ assimilate project documentation to build a thorough understanding of the business and technical requirements of systems to be tested. These typically include business requirements, functional specifications, process/data flow diagrams and use cases.
    • Liaise with business analysts, system analysts and developers in producing test plans.
    • Design and draw up appropriate test scenarios and test cases to implement the test plans.
    • Verify that test cases are performed against test plans to enable clear and accurate reporting of test results and progress.
    • Establish and maintain requirements verification documentation to specifically report on test coverage.
    • See to the automation of test cases for regression testing.
    • Actively collaborate with team members to continually improve on existing test methods and processes.
    • Provide feedback and inputs to management w.r.t. issues that may have bearing on the test strategies that the test department employs.
    • Review test cases and test reports by other team members.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information technology.
    • An ISEB or ISTQB qualification or recognised equivalent.
    • 7 years tester experience.
    • 4 years test analyst experience.
    • 7 years’ experience within SDLC, in particular test lifecycle experience from test design to test execution and reporting.

    Test Automation Technician

    Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Test planning and test case automation.
    • Plan and create all master data required for automated test scripts.
    • Create and execute automated test plans on demand.
    • Manage automated script storage and versioning.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Information technology.
    • 5 years tester experience.
    • 2 years experience in automated tools and testing.
    • 2 years test analyst experience.

    Intermediate Test Analyst

    Senior Forms Developer

    Responsibilities/Tasks:

    • Develop and maintain dynamic forms using Adobe Lifecycle Designer and AEM Forms.
    • Create interactive and dynamic PDF and HTML5 forms.
    • Manage form data on networks and across the Internet.
    • Implement security measures such as digital signatures and passwords.
    • Perform scripting using JavaScript and FormCalc to enhance form functionality.
    • Conduct root cause analysis on bugs and fix issues in an integrated system.
    • Create and execute functional test scenarios (unit/dev testing).
    • Collaborate with business analysts to refine and implement new requirements.
    • Create or review forms and PDF requirements (BRS/FRS), schemas, xml and data using Adobe Lifecycle Designer and AEM Forms.
    • Create technical documentation explaining system components and usage.
    • Release forms to various environments
    • Production support and dealing with CRQs
    • Proficient in using JAWS and HYEF for form development and analysis tasks.
    • Evaluate and improve application performance and high availability features.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    • Applicable tertiary education and/or Matric with 10 years’ proven experience aligned with role requirements.
    • A good understanding of the SDLC process, tools and techniques specifically as applied to software development methodology.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in high-pressure environments and manage multiple priorities.
    • Ability to coordinate in a cross functional manner across disciplines.
    • Experience with tools used in a software development context, e.g. JIRA & Remedy.
    • Proven track record in maintaining professional, high-quality communication with clients in support of their operations.

    Technical Requirements:

    • At least 10 years of relevant experience working with Adobe Lifecycle services.
    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Lifecycle Designer and AEM Forms.
    • Experience with creating and managing dynamic PDF and HTML5 forms.
    • Proficiency in JavaScript and FormCalc for scripting.
    • Knowledge of XML data and XML Schema.
    • Experience with data binding and localisation.
    • Solid requirements analysis experience.
    • Understanding of security vulnerabilities and how to mitigate them.
    • Ability to work in a team environment and follow/develop product software development processes and standards.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver production-quality software.
