    Project Management Administrator

    What will you do?

    • Responsible for the provision of support and guidance on project management processes, procedures, tools and techniques to programme managers, project managers and their teams.  
    • Support includes the use of project management software, the development, production and maintenance of plans (including time, resource, cost and exception plans), the tracking and reporting of  progress and performance of one or more ICT projects (including those performed by third parties under contract), the maintenance of programme and/or project files, the analysis of performance and the maintenance of metric data and estimating models, and the administration of project change control, including use of configuration management systems.  
    • Where applicable, includes the servicing of project control boards, project assurance teams and quality review meetings.

    What will make you successful in this role?

    • Provide administration support to Project Managers and Project teams which includes minute-taking, diary management, meeting scheduling and preparation  
    • Execute on the SGT PMO continuous improvement plan by compiling updates on project reports. 
    • Optimal usage of PPO and other SGT PMO Toolsets across all agreed functionalities and features. Incl. Updating issue, Risk and dependency logs. 
    • Effective Stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycle.   
    • Continuous collaboration with SGT and Business clusters. 
    • Adhere to SGT Service Management procedures and protocol and to Project Management governance as agreed by Steerco or relevant Project Forum 
    • Project budget and Financial management: Track project budget, Reports, Projections, Invoicing, query resolution  
    • Ensure accurate Time Management of project resources. 
    • Handle Hardware, Software and Stationery requests on the project.

    Qualification

    • Grade 12 
    • Relevant accredited courses (relevant diploma an advantage) 

    Experience

    • At least 3 years job-related experience in formal project administration (IT software development projects beneficial) 

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Solid understanding of a project’s life cycle and a project methodology 
    • Strong administration skills

    Application Manager : Party Due Diligence

    What will you do?

    • An exciting opportunity exists within Sanlam Group Technology (SGT) for an experienced Application Manager with strong Technical Lead capability to join the Application Platforms team, reporting to the SGT Executive Head: Application Platforms.
    • The Application Manager role is a role within the SGT Application Management structure and is specifically intended to bring technical oversight, operational stability and disciplined engineering practices to the applications being developed and supported.

    • 3+ Years proven experience in a technical leadership role would be recommended. (e.g., Tech Lead, Senior Engineer, or Architect)
    • Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) would be beneficial
    • Fintech/Insurtech experience would be beneficial

    Knowledge:

    • Significant understanding of Agile software development practices.

    Branch Consultant/Financial Advisor -Bizana

    Purpose of the role

    To promote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM)’s products and increase market share through:

    • Providing sound financial advice and a high level of client service in a Branch context.
    • Creating opportunities for client optimisation and cross selling of value-added services.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sales delivery

    • Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of SRM product ranges.
    • Gain an understanding of the customer’s needs, financial goals and means, and provide the right product (or selection of products) that will satisfy the goals of the customer in the best and most affordable way possible.
    • Continuously update and inform customers of new products, or changes in existing products. Manage, review, and incorporate the implications of product changes on the customer’s portfolio accordingly.
    • Validate client details in line with product and regulatory requirements. Submit new business through the right channels.
    • Conduct due diligence on clients to identify and flag risks.
    • Manage own capacity to ensure daily appointments are being prioritised while allowing time for and capitalising on walk-in / non-appointment clients.

    In-branch client service and client retention

    What will you do?

    • This specialist role is primarily responsible for rendering pro-active specialist legal technical advice and support to the relevant regions.     What will you do?

    • The Senior UX/UI designer will be responsible for shaping intuitive, efficient and user-centered digital experiences across Glacier’s client and intermediary platforms.
