Key Responsibility Area

 Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: 6 - 7 years’ experience with full software development lifecycle (SLDC), including solution development, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation. The experience must include. Good solid programming Skills and understanding of the Java language, Eclipse IDE, Spring MVC framework and Oracle database is essential and required. Extensive experience with working on multiple tasks and report status. Experience in interacting with customers.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Leads Code Reviews for accuracy and functionality, participate in suggesting and supporting coding best practices and provide feedback on code quality.

• Experience in the development of website development with JavaScript, HTML and CSS and web frameworks like react, semantic, d3.js, Django, Angular etc. 
• Experience in development with backend programming languages like PHP, Microsoft .Net, variants, Java, Python, JavaScript etc. 
• Experience in configuring and working with web servers like Nginx, IIS, Apache, Node.js 
• Experience in configuring and working database servers like MySQL, MariaDB, etc. 
• Experience with graphic design tools like adobe suite, gimp, etc. 
• Experience in development on Linux and Windows platform.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Develop/Design software or customize software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency using SITAs software development stack / development framework. 
• Coordinate software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met. 
• Produce detailed specifications and write the programme codes. 
• Maintain the integrated IT software components systems once they are up and running. 
• Develop integrated Technical Service Specifications for single or multiple software components to clearly set direction for procuring or building software components.

Key Responsibility Area 

• Coordinate the submission of the allocated environments budget estimates and critically examine them for correctness, accuracy and completeness in order to compile the annual budget. 
• Ensure implementation of the month end reporting policies, procedures and guidelines, provide financial advice for continuous improvement and monitor compliance in order to produce sound and informed financial reports for business decision making. 
• Ensure the implementation of both internal and external audit recommendations by coordinating audit activities to enhance and enforce internal control measures for good governance.

• Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / Degree in Finance or Management Accounting or NQF level 6 in the relevant finance or accounting discipline. 
• Experience: 6-7 years practical experience in Finance or Management Accounting, with 2years supervisory/management experience.

• Establishment of design standards and governance 
• Develop concepts, designs and a wide variety of graphic art deliverables that reflect client’s needs and that fit within their existing brand standards

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: 3-Year National Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Interactive Design, Web Design or related discipline equivalent to NQF Level 6. Adobe Certification will be an added advantage. 
• Experience: 3 - 4 years' experience in graphic design with high level of proficiency in design, web and multimedia software and applications. This should include: experience in digital, interactive, mobile, web, responsive, interface, or user experience design experience in Adobe XD, InVision, UXPin or open source equivalent design tools full range of UX experience including user research, persona creation, prototyping and wireframes, final user interface design, information architecture, and user testing. The candidate must be part of creative aspects of a project and must: be able to engage with clients be knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign have ability to effectively work on multiple projects/tasks of varying. complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

• Adhere to Architectural and Governance mechanisms for the Software Development section to improve interoperability of government systems and quality of services and deliverables

Qualifications and Experience 

• Required Qualification: National Diploma / Degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering) and/or related. 
• Experience : A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the ICT field, including IT Governance, IT Planning, systems development/procurement, implementation and maintenance/enhancements of large integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organization. Including: Experience within solution analysis and design in multiple business domains. Experience within software development on multiple platforms. Experience in integration. Experience in data management.

Key Responsibility Areas 

• Lead team/s to ensure effective and efficient operations and that all the resources are utilized optimally. • Participating in execution of comprehensive software test activities in accordance with SITA Test Methods and Testing Techniques 
• Manage and execute packaging and releasing of integrated IT software components in accordance with ICT standards and the enterprise architecture for the Government 
• Ensure that resources (including self) are kept abreast of the latest industry developments and ensure that appropriate technologies are used for knowledge management so as to ensure innovation and improved productivity 

Qualifications and Experience 

• Minimum: 3-year National Diploma / bachelor’s degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and Engineering). 
• Experience: 6 - 7 years’ experience in the ICT field, including IT Governance, systems development, implementation and maintenance / enhancements of solutions operational responsibility in a corporate/public sector organization. Experience in solution analysis and design. Experience in developing software. Experience in data modelling. Experience in software component integration.
