    Carflow Manager

    Position Overview

    • The Carflow Manager is responsible for end-to-end vehicle flow management across the automotive value chain — from order allocation and production scheduling to logistics, delivery, and dealer readiness. This role ensures optimal availability of vehicles to support sales targets, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
    • The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, understands automotive supply processes, and can work cross-functionally with factories, logistics partners, sales, dealers, and finance teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    Vehicle Pipeline & Planning

    • Manage the complete vehicle pipeline: forecast, order allocation, production, shipping, and local stock.
    • Monitor production plans, shipment schedules, delivery forecasts, and dealer inventory levels.
    • Coordinate with OEM/plants to ensure build slots align with market requirements and sales targets.
    • Optimize vehicle mix and model availability to support commercial and brand objectives.

    Logistics & Distribution

    • Coordinate with logistics providers for inbound shipments, port operations, customs clearance, and inland distribution.
    • Track ETA/ETD milestones and proactively manage delays or bottlenecks.
    • Ensure vehicles reach dealers on time and according to priority.

    Dealer & Market Support

    • Support dealer network with stock allocation, transfers, availability queries, and aging stock solutions.
    • Implement vehicle flow strategies to support campaigns, new launches, and sales peaks.

    Data & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate dashboards on order bank, pipeline status, stock levels, and deliveries.
    • Provide weekly/monthly reports to management and sales teams.
    • Analyze risks, opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.

    Process & Compliance

    • Ensure compliance with importation, homologation, customs and regulatory requirements.
    • Drive continuous improvement across planning, stock management, and logistics processes.

    • Understanding of customs, compliance, and inbound logistics.
    • Familiarity with dealer retail operations and wholesale processes.

    Inbound & Outbound Controller – Sub-Sahara Africa

    Role Overview

    • The Inbound & Outbound Controller is responsible for coordinating and managing the end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics activities across the Sub-Sahara Africa (SSA) region. This includes controlling vehicle movements from OEM/export hubs into the region, managing imports, customs processes, stock movements, and onward distribution to local markets and dealers.
    • The ideal candidate has strong logistics coordination experience, an understanding of international trade and customs, and can work effectively with freight providers, border authorities, distributors, and internal stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    Inbound Logistics

    • Ensure orders and pricing are entered correctly and on time in the relevant systems.
    • Communicate allocation results clearly to dealers.
    • Coordinate inbound vehicle shipments from global manufacturing plants/export hubs into SSA markets.
    • Monitor vessel schedules, booking confirmations, ETAs, ETDs, and transit milestones.
    • Ensure documentation accuracy: commercial invoices, BLs, COO, packing lists, compliance certifications, etc.
    • Liaise with clearing agents, freight forwarders, and border authorities for customs clearance and import procedures.
    • Track delays, disruptions, and proactively communicate impacts to markets and internal teams.

    Outbound / Regional Distribution

    • Plan and control outbound vehicle movements from central stock or ports to local markets/dealers.
    • Coordinate regional trucking and transport partners across SSA routes.
    • Monitor delivery performance metrics (OTIF, transit times, damage tracking).
    • Manage cross-border paperwork, customs documentation, and export processes.
    • Support dealer markets with distribution visibility, delivery priorities, and escalations.

    Stock & System Control

    • Maintain accurate system records for pipeline, landed stock, bonded stock, and regional dispatch.
    • Reconcile inbound and outbound movements to ensure 100% traceability.
    • Support inventory accuracy, stock audits, and reporting for finance and operations.

    Stakeholder Management & Reporting

    • Work cross-functionally with sales, supply planning, finance, customs, dealers, and logistics service providers.
    • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on pipeline status, border movements, logistics KPIs, and risks.
    • Recommend corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline operations.

    Job Requirements
    Qualifications & Experience

    Required:

    • 3+ years logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in automotive.
    • Knowledge of import/export processes, customs, and international freight.
    • Proficiency in Excel and logistics systems (ERP, tracking portals, etc.).

    Preferred:

    • Experience working across African regional logistics or cross-border environments.
    • Understanding of vehicle logistics, port operations, and bonded warehousing.
    • Knowledge of Incoterms, trade compliance, and transport regulations.

    Skills & Competencies

    • Strong coordination and organizational ability.
    • Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Attention to detail with high documentation accuracy.
    • Ability to manage pressure, delays, and complexity in emerging markets.

    Accountant

    Purpose of the Role:

    • An accountant is responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting financial information and ensuring compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Preparing and maintaining financial records
    • Managing accounts payable (local and foreign)
    • Manage internal control assessment and annual statutory audits
    • Perform cost analysis in terms of expenses and variances on standard cost of sales
    • Fixed Asset management
    • Compiling and processing journals
    • Driving initiatives on cost improvement focusing on VPS way of working
    • Loading MPR (Manual payment request) on the applicable tool
    • Provide timely and accurate business information to support monthly and periodic closings for the Plantand Fitment Center.
    • Support and participate in stock take processes for both the Plant and Fitment Center
    • Prepare and submit monthly balance sheet reconciliations
    • Month end stock reporting (Inventory)

    Job Requirements
    Education & Work Experience Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
    • 5 years’ experience in controlling, finance, or management accounting
    • Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment advantageous

    Job Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

    • Strong numerical and analytical skills
