    Forklift Driver

    Key performance areas include (but are not limited to):

    • Ability to move and stack, load and off-load both empty and full pallets in a safe and orderly manner.
    • Completing administration about forklift-truck maintenance. (Forklift in good state of repair)
    • Providing a high level of service to customers.
    • Performing stand-in duties and assist with stock-takes when required.
    • Maintaining and adhering to relevant Health, Risk & Safety regulations and Quality standards.
    • Maintaining effective housekeeping standards. 
    • Active participation in Mini-Business activities (DCS).

    The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • A valid forklift driver's licence [Code F2AK: counterbalanced lift truck up to rated capacity of 7000 kg].
    • A valid Reach truck driver’s licence will be an advantage.
    • At least 1 to 3 years relevant experience, preferably in a Warehouse environment.
    • Verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Ability to cope with the inherent physical demands of the position.
    • Ability to work under pressure and independently.
    • Must be able to work well within a team.
    • Must take ownership of area of responsibility.
    • Willingness and ability to work overtime and/or shifts when required.

    Connected Brewery Site Lead

    Key responsibilities:

    • Work with a central team in driving and implementing the Heineken Beverages digital roadmap and strategy at a site level
    • Own and drive the site digital roadmap and strategy and align these with site and TPM priorities
    • Site use-case development and deployment
    • Global use-case enablement and deployment
    • Use-case maintenance and support
    • User access management
    • User support
    • Troubleshooting and data validation
    • Drive Connected Brewery usage and embed the Digital Mindset​ to ensure Heineken becomes the Best Connected Brewer

    Minimum Requirements, experience and skills:

    • Relevant Bachelor’s degree (IT/Engineering)
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in the digital environment, ideally in Supply Chain
    • FMCG experience advantageous
    • Knowledge of how to leverage and use API’s, cloud services (AWS and Azure) and various programming languages (SQL, Python, Java-script) is essential
    • Knowledge of how to leverage and use Microsoft Power Platform products is essential
    • Proven technical ability in using Power BI knowledge is essential
    • Intellectual curiosity and ability to research and implement solutions without prior knowledge/guidance
    • Passion for delivering results, taking ownership and translating insights into concise practical plans and solutions

    Senior Shift Technician

    Key Responsibilities:

    • To solve breakdowns and resolve production disturbances effectively and as quick as possible
    • Give continuous technical support to optimize machine performance during production in a shift system
    • To conduct maintenance and inspections
    • To submit proposals or to make modifications
    • To give instructions to operators to resolve technical issues

    Public Relations Officer

    Functions and Events 

    • liaise with clients to find out their exact event requirements
    • plan event from start to finish according to requirements
    • come up with suggestions to enhance the events success
    • prepare quotes, programmes, floor plan and invoices
    • set up conference room/function venue accordingly
    • coordinate with restaurant manager to ensure event is completed smoothly

    Requirements:

    • A relevant and recognized tertiary qualification in Public Relations, Hospitality management, Tourism or Event Co-ordination 
    • Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
    • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite 
    • Ability to work independently, accurately and well under pressure  
    • Excellent verbal and written commutation skills by being able to write accurately and professionally in multiple formats, with the correct amount of detail 
    •  Well organised and methodical, and pays attention to detail.
