    Logistics Manager Bethal

    Key Responsibilities

    Standards and Governance

    • Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant legislation – Including ICC’s, ISO, and operational audits.
    • Drive continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards – Through reviews, audits, and policy implementation.

    Customer Service

    • Deliver on Case Fill Rate targets – Ensuring Customer satisfaction
    • Proactively manage customer feedback and complaints, ensuring rapid issue resolution and corrective actions.
    • Use customer insights and performance analysis to drive service innovations and stay ahead of competitors, including Route to Consumer improvements.

    Operations Management

    Channel Activation Specialist: Off Trade

    KEY RESULTS AREAS

    • Support the delivery of Volume, Turnover, Gross Margin and Market Share targets across various channels in the market.
    • Support the development of Channel marketing plans for the Modern Off Trade channel across all product and channel brands, leveraging global programmes wherever possible.
    • Support the execution and deployment of agreed Channel marketing programmes for the Modern Off Trade channel.
    • Valuable time spent in trade to understand channel dynamics, shopper behaviour, activity execution barriers and opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all projects and initiatives and closely monitors activation KPIs.
    • Coordination of 3rd party merchandise briefing and execution of in trade campaigns.

    Channel Activation Specialist: Route to Market

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    • Support the delivery of Volume, Turnover, Gross Margin, Market Share targets and improved BTL ROI for the RTM channels
    • Work closely with the Fragmented Channel team is ensuring that we support the channel through our RTM partners.
    • Support the development of Channel plans for RTM across all brand categories, leveraging global programmes wherever possible.
    • Work closely with Sales Teams, Brands, Channel service delivery teams and RTM partners to design the right mix of activation models.

    Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:

    • Control the despatch of final bulk wines to Packaging sites.
    • Timeous submission of samples to laboratory for analyses and follow up with regards to results.
    • Responsible for the execution of final corrections on bulk in relation to quality specifications.
    • Effective maintenance of a traceable documentation system.
    • Effective stock management minimising costs.
    • Responsible for despatch documentation of all fortified bulk and raw materials.
