    Non-Motor Moderator - Jewellery

    Key Purpose

    • The purpose of the role is to determine the quantum and merit of non-motor jewellery claims. The Jewellery Moderator is responsible for providing technical expertise, supporting claims, and ensuring the most fair and accurate settlement amount of the claim.

    Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to

    • Moderate jewellery claims with a focus on claim validity, accuracy and fairness
    • Assist claims in quantifying claims within delegated thresholds, ensuring alignment with financial risk management policies.
    • Offer specialist support on jewellery-related claims, including valuations, diamond verification, and settlement reviews.
    • Identifying what is required and outstanding from assessor / client
    • Verifying and correcting all replacement values to ensure best possible cost
    • Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Ensuring maximum possible savings are achieved on all claims moderated
    • Reporting on all moderated claims to show savings achieved
    • Identifying and escalating matters to claims and procurements teams where necessary

    Marketing Manager (Senior)

    Role overview

    • This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and strategic marketing manager to lead the marketing initiatives for our suite of credit products, including credit cards and home loans, payment features and associated products. This role requires a deep understanding of product marketing, market analysis, customer segmentation, and value proposition development to drive product uptake and utilisation. Audiences include Discovery Bank clients, Discovery staff and the broader public.

    Key responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for credit and other products and/or features to drive acquisition, activation, and/or utilisation objectives.
    • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
    • Define and refine customer segments and tailor marketing campaigns to effectively engage target audiences. This includes effective channel selection, experiential events and activations, internal communications and environmental branding.
    • Collaborate with product, sales, and digital teams to develop compelling product propositions that resonate with target audiences.
    • Lead the go-to-market strategy for new credit and other products or features, ensuring seamless launches and sustained growth.
    • Develop and implement campaigns that meet customer needs, driving enhanced customer satisfaction, improved customer experience and increased profitability.
    • Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, using insights to optimise strategies, drive continuous improvement and meet business objectives.
    • Manage external agency relationships and oversee the creation of marketing material and branding solutions, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
    • Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging marketing channels to keep strategies innovative and effective.
    • Define, implement and change processes as needed.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders, both at a strategic and operational level.
    • Prepare campaign reports to disseminate or present in the applicable forums, as required.

    Delivery Manager

    Key Purpose

    • Acts as the technical owner of a set of Communications Systems. Manages the relationship with Technical Systems owners, and ensures that both Business and Systems objectives are reflected in the technical processes which they manage. Assist in managing a team of specialist resources, specifically resourcing and scheduling in the SDLC processes, specifically in an Agile team.
