    • Responsible to improve media ROI, creating the new Media operations HUB, enable data-guided planning and optimization in markets, transform media to be more consumer-centric and business-driven.
    • Partner with markets to build new capabilities in Data-guided media planning, media reporting & analysis, as well as media partnerships.

    National Field Sales Manager

    • in the EM markets - ISEA, EMEA and LATAM. You will be responsible for delivering the best executions of multiple brand touch points across design strategy, packaging & product design, product innovation, and ecommerce visual assets.
    • Collaborate with the design leaders to create the design strategy fundamentals and generate design solutions (visions, innovation concepts, and scenarios) independently with your own mastery of design.
    • Demonstrate a superior ability create high-quality, inspirational brand design solutions and to start applying design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement, and execution.
    • Bring the design strategy to life across assigned projects/initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders (design leaders, marketing, product developer, research analysis etc) and external design agencies.
    • Deliver seamless packaging design experience from master design to local adaptation by working closely with artwork mangers. 
    • Participate in research activities and effectively translates customer needs into actionable design requirements and apply those requirements into design solutions.
    • Responsible for driving final design recommendations including decisions and design approval to enable artwork execution / production phases.
