MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- The Senior Professional Nurse supports the Unit Manager in ensuring a safe and positive client experience by mitigating clinical risks and co-ordinating care delivery.
- They further provide direct patient care, as well as mentorship to new and student nurses in the unit.
