    Digital Content Creator (HTML Email Experience essential)

    What you'll do

    • Build and maintain a scheduled program of engaging digital content within the Mimecast Community, as well as a library of digital content for focused campaigns to customers across segments and products
    • Oversight and management of digital content libraries to ensure that content remains well documented and up to date
    • Develop content using various internal resources both inside and outside of the direct function
    • Work closely with the principal project managers aligned with Product Success to ensure that relevant digital content supports our new product launches
    • Work in partnership with the Knowledge team in order to ensure that customer facing product hubs are updated and intuitive from a digital experience perspective
    • Build processes and relationships throughout the business to maintain a roster of contributors for the diverse levels of content needed
    • Work with relevant colleagues to ensure that our user experience within Digital follows sound principles and is in line with the Mimecast brand
    • Consult with stakeholders and subject matter experts to design content relevant to deflect trending issues

    Solutions Architect Sales Engineer

    What You’ll Do

    • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute  a strategy for expanding and engaging our partners in Africa. This involves identifying target partners and channels, setting partner criteria, and establishing key performance indicators to gauge success.

    • Cybersecurity Expertise: Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, particularly within the MSP/MSSP partner ecosystems.
    • Inspirational Leadership: Ability to collaborate across functions and lead a high-performance team.

    SMB & Commercial Business Development Manager

    What you'll do

    • Drive and identify upsell business opportunities in the SME and Commercial space (250 seats – 1500 seats) for the Cape Town and Coastal markets.
    • Ultimately responsible for a revenue target made of retaining existing base revenue, existing business development (upsell), and mitigating downsell and churn.
    • Working closely with other departments such as Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Channel Team, Licensing and Renewals to ensure the customer gets a remarkable experience and are fully protected from new and emerging security threats

    Data Scientist

    What you'll do

    • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the business to evaluate, prioritize, and develop new Machine Learning and Generative AI powered solutions to solve business problems.
    • Own, maintain, and optimize existing Machine Learning models, as required
    • Work collaboratively with analysts, data engineers, and analytics engineers to bring data science and machine learning powered solutions to life.

    • Prior success deploying machine learning solutions based on complex datasets at scale in production environments with an emphasis on creating impact to business outcomes. 
    • Proven ability to extract actionable insights from statistical and machine learning powered models.
    • Strong knowledge of the underlying mathematical foundations of machine learning algorithms including linear regression, classification methods, clustering algorithms, Random Forests, time series analysis, and deep learning. 
    • Demonstrated excellence in using Python and SQL to develop data science workflows usings tools such as scikit-learn, Tensorflow, Snowflake, and dbt.
    • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner to colleagues & stakeholders.
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating and working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders to design and implement machine learning powered solutions.
    • Strong understanding of best practices and KPIs around e-commerce, transactional and subscription-based products is a plus.
    • Experience with building solutions and utilizing tools in AWS is a plus.
    • Familiarity with generative AI techniques (LLMs, GANS, VAEs) and their applications in business operations is highly desirable.
