    IT Team Lead-2

    Job Description

    • To manage the allocation and quality of work within area of responsibility

    Are you someone who has an interest / experience in: 

    Team Management

    • Leading and managing dynamic teams
    • Problem-solving skills to handle challenges, conflicts, and unexpected situations that might arise within the team
    • Manage team delivery against goals in the area of responsibility
    • Providing technical guidance on the various aspect with regards to the development and delivery
    • Participate in Talent Management practices and
    • Ensure conflict resolution and respond to any complaints or concerns
    • Set relevant stretch goals for team and motivate achievement
    • Ensure the team adheres to company policies and procedures
    • Technology
    • Staying abreast of technology trends
    • Creates solutions to meet internal and external customer demands
    • Flag opportunities to use technology to improve processes.
    • Have experience in the development lifecycle as either a developer, analyst or tester
    • Establish relationships with relevant stakeholders:

    • Meet set turnaround times while ensuring own availability, reliability, and accuracy.

    You will be an ideal candidate if you: 

    • IT related Degree or Diploma
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience within the banking sector
    • Agile methodology and practices
    • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of people management experience required.

    Africa Credit Origination Head

    Job Description

    • To lead and direct a credit portfolio to ensure that functional credit strategies align to Bank risk management frameworks to contribute to Bank growth, sustainability and compliance
    • Credit Origination
    • Ensure that quality credit proposals are submitted in timely manner to the relevant approval body as dictated by stipulated mandates
    • Ensure that all cross border and in-country credit applications are properly reviewed
    • Attend client meetings where appropriate to guide discussions and ensure that required information for credits are obtained
    • Gain an understanding of more complex deal structures and conduct healthy debates with the deal team around structure, PD, LGD, covenants and pricing
    • Identify transaction-specific risks and introduce risk mitigation measures as input to structure transactions in line with the risk philosophy of the Bank
    • Approve credit in line with the delegated mandate framework
    • Attend credit committees to support credits and motivate for the larger and more complex transactions
