The role will be the lead for the activation strategy, both creating tailor made activation solutions and translating global activation guidelines to local (Africa) execution; setting the agenda for category leading activation through new and existing initiatives that drives shopper conversion and basket spend.
Requirements:
8 years Trade Marketing or Category Management experience
5 years in FMCG/Beverages
Degree
Proven track record of managing diverse teams
Established Commercial experience in FMCG/Beverages (preferably premium drinks)
