National Key Account Manager
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Bachelors , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 5 years
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Sales and Business Development
Non Negotiables:
- Degree or 3 year Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years FMCG and at least 3 years on National level
- Proven relationships with Shoprite
- Management of a sales team
- JBP (Joint Business planning)
- P&L responsibility
KPI's would include:
- Develop and align account plans to the overall Business Plan
- Develop sales strategy within account planning process
- Builds and develops plans within the customer mix to deliver the required account volume and profit objectives as set by the Company.
- Achieve Market share, Sales and Trade Money Budgets
- Drive regional agents to ensure execution of activities within the different accounts.
- Deliver on Customer P&L
