    Manager - Payroll (Pinelands)

    Purpose of the job:

    • Responsible for the payroll function
    • Manages the processing and reconciliation of salaries and employee benefits
    • Month ends i.e. monthly billing statements etc.
    • Annual Financial Audit preparation and participation
    • Statutory Requirements i.e. SARS, COID, UIF, etc.
    • Payroll systems i.e. SAGE people, Time, and attendance.

    Requirements
    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate.
    • Diploma in HR and/or Payroll Administration
    • 5-10 years of payroll experience in a medium-sized company
    • 5 years experience at Snr/Manager level
    • Sage people 300
    • Time and attendance system
    • Computer literate i.e. proficiency in the usage of MS Office package with advanced Excel skills.

    Senior Laboratory Assistant (Pinelands)

    Purpose of the job:

    • Ensure the efficient management of blood products and consumables by preventing expiry through proper inventory control.
    • Co-ordinate the collection of biohazardous waste.
    • Process samples, modifies blood products and performs pro forma invoicing as required.

    Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric Certificate.
    • Laboratory Assistant Certificate.
    • A valid HPCSA registration.
    • 1 to 2 years of experience in patient registration within a diagnostic or clinical testing laboratory.
    • Experience with evaluating acceptance and rejection criteria for patient samples and test requests in a diagnostic or clinical testing laboratory.
    • Experience with utilizing Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) in a diagnostic or clinical laboratory setting.
    • The working hours are variable and shift work is required.
    • Computer literate i.e proficiency in the usage of MS Office package.

    A combination of the following skills, knowledge, and attributes is required:

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Have a friendly disposition and show a keen interest in the work.
    • A willingness to work as part of a team is essential.
    • Attention to detail.
