    Deep Clean Manager - Olifantsfontein - JHB East Rand

    Description

    • Purpose is to manage the Deep Clean Hygiene Team to ensure that Ecowize delivers a food safe facility to the customer according to policies and procedures.
    • The Deep Clean Manager is the first line of contact to the customer during night-shifts and must ensure customer centricity through regular, meaningful interactions with all key site stakeholder at all levels.
    • We are growing our Cleaning Operations Division and require skilled and competent Deep Clean Manager to join the Ecowize Group. 

    Job Specification: 

    • Manage and coordinate all operational functions on site. 
    • Delivery a daily Food Safe Facility to customer standards.  
    • Use information obtained at the site to complete inspections, micros, audits, and customer feedback. 
    • Managing of site budgets and manage manhours as per shift schedule.  
    • Responsible for staff management and resolving HR related matters.  
    • Coaching and mentoring of staff as well as developing skills. 
    • Drive Occupational Health and Safety and make recommendations to improve the process.  
    • Ensure internal audits meet daily requirements.  
    • Close out any raised non – conformances of micros out of specification and following up on NCR’s. 
    • Liaise daily with customers.  
    • Assist with recruitment for the region as the need arises.  
    • Assist with coordinating training interventions at site level.  

    Requirements

    Job Requirements: 

    • Grade 12.
    • Management /or Food Technology Qualification (advantageous). 
    • Experience in FMCG and or cleaning industry essential. 
    • Staff Management and Labour Relations experience is essential.  
    • Experience working with a Hygiene Quality Management System is advantageous. 
    • Own reliable transport essential and willingness to travel.  
    • Good command of the English Language. 
    • High-Quality administrative skills required. 
    • Be flexible to work at various sites as requested on short notice. 

    The successful incumbent must have the following skill sets: 

    • Must be comfortable with the Ecowize culture and values.  
    • Able to work a strict shift position and willing to work over weekends. 
    • Experience in the food production industry.

    Finance Manager - Shared Services - Milnerton/Century City

    • We are recruiting a suitably qualified and experienced financial manager to lead our Finance Shared Services team.  You will be working closely with the CFO and Operational leads to provide effective transactional support to the business overseeing the revenue / debtors function and the purchasing / creditors' function.  The successful Finance Manager – Shared Services will also be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of the revenue function including invoicing, debt collection, dispute management and cashbook together with aspects of the purchasing function including requisitions, PO’s, supplier invoice processing and payments.

    Group Financial Controller - Milnerton/Century City

    Description

    • We are recruiting a suitably qualified and experienced  Group Financial  Controller to provide financial control support to the group as well as individual business units.  You will be working closely with the CFO to ensure effective and efficient financial controls, balance sheet management and strong compliance in the Group. You will also have a close working relationship with the Financial Managers of the individual business units to ensure compliance with the internal control framework and external statutory requirements. The successful candidate will have proven experience in management of Sage 300 ERP and the GL structure, month end processes, reporting, company consolidation, budget template designs and uploads, secretarial functions including tax, audit, VAT, ETI’s, statutory returns and insurance.  Being able to build trust and relationships with internal stakeholders , and working at a faster than average pace without compromising on attention to detail, combined with the ability to find the right mix of strong controls and high efficiencies in process, will be key to be successful in this role.
