    Executive Creative Director

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    Creative Leadership and Strategy:

    • Lead Creative Vision: Set and communicate the overarching creative vision for the Hollywoodbets’ multi-channel campaigns, ensuring a cohesive strategy across design, copy, digital and multimedia.
    • The successful candidate must have extensive 360 campaign experience, with the ability to create strategically sound messaging that translates into conceptually strong creative content.
    • Strategic Oversight: Work closely with senior leadership to understand the Brand’s goals, target audience, and market trends ensuring that creative concepts are grounded in strategy and drive business results.     Senior Financial Accountant x 2

    • The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of the company’s financial reporting processes and of the company’s actual financial performance.     • Assist the BEE project team to ensure the improvement and sustenance of the company’s BEE score.
    • Optimization of the company’s financial position and financial performance.
    • Liaise with the various departments and regional/operational managers to ensure efficient reporting.
    • Liaison with external auditors during interim and year end audit to ensure all queries are responded to.
    • Minimize audit overruns by ensuring diligent preparation of audit files/compliance with auditor requests.

    • LPM-Calculate all payouts done by LPM attendant and subtract from float issued. The balance should be the amount returned in cash. Ensure that the manual payments done match the hand payments received by Kingdom Slots (dependant on supplier at your branch). Copies of the manual payments should be kept in the LPM file. LPM cash up must reconcile with machine summary slip
    • Capture all transactions on the recon. Ensure supporting documents are obtained for safe keeping.
    • Balance the Safe (physically count cash).
    • Complete Checklist on the Internet.
    • Complete all spreadsheets and send to Team Support (Cash count, Banking schedules).
    • Cash up all department turnovers and ensure accuracy of balancing (Racing, LPM, F & B- Z reading, LPM handpays, LPM Manual pays, LPM cash up, Kingdom slots cash up)
    • Ensure Turnover report is sent to Branch Manager /Senior Team Leader.
    • Cashing up procedures must be completed by 2 team members at any time (admin clerk & TL)
