    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Lab Technician (Micro)

    • The Key Purpose of this role is to carry out specialized analysis in support of production teams, problem solving, continuous improvement initiatives and training.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    SPECIALIST ANALYSIS

    • Carry out specialised micro analysis according to standard and the minimum micro sampling plan. Ensure traceability of results and record on appropriate information systems
    • Communicate results clearly and timeously to production teams and stakeholders
    • Conduct ad hoc analysis to assist with problem solving
    • Provide production with good quality, yeast for propagation free of contaminants
    • Management and execution of basic maintenance and calibration schedules on test equipment

    QUALITY AUDITING

    • Conduct required and requested quality audits, completing the appropriate documentation and communicating the results
    • Review quality analysis procedures for updates when required
    • Where required, initiate corrective actions to close gaps generated by audits

    PROBLEM SOLVING

    • Support production teams in problem solving by providing specialist knowledge on micro sampling and techniques

    TRAINING 

    • Assist in training, coaching and mentoring of plant personnel on good hygiene practices • Take part in the development of training material • Complete the competency guide for the micro lab technician role

    Marketplace Planning Analyst

    • The key purpose of this role is to coordinate and optimize end-to-end order management, inventory deployment, and stock availability for Red Bull, Marketplace, and key suppliers by ensuring accurate order creation, efficient stock movement, and timely claim and financial resolution.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Creating orders for Marketplace suppliers and Red Bull and ensuring POs are GRN’d in full by respective depots.
    • Creating AD orders and ensuring they are PGI’d by dispatching sites.
    • Managing Red Bull OOS and DOC 
    • Deploying Red Bull and KWV from Hub sites to depots
    • Executing stock requests by Red Bull and SAB commercial representatives

    T1 Execution Analyst

    • The key purpose of this role is to provide a strong link between T1 Operations, the T1 Control Room, Breweries, DC’s, AD’s and carriers. The analyst is responsible for analyzing and consolidating vast amounts of data daily, pulling reports and tracking KPI’s to provide visibility on performance.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Brewery and DC throughput
    • Carrier no shows, travel time, communication, etc.
    • Safety alerts and/or incidents by severity type
    • Tracking and escalating cycle time (ATCT) at Breweries, DC’s and ADs
    • Empties availability to prevent DCBL (Down Time Cause by Logistics)
    • Ensuring adherence of the TMS plan
    • Responsible for delivering on key KPI’s for example but not limited to WPS, LPA, LSA, DLPA, VLC, other
    • Actively minimizing empty legs and OOL (out of lane) triangulations but ensure effective and optimal vehicle utilization.
    • Understand production adherence and amendments and the impact on the load plan
    • Amending load plans via escalation to Supervisor/IDP where required to prevent dropped loads or trucks from standing based on production and stock availability, or via Spotlight interface stock swop outs when enabled.
    • Understanding and reporting on route causes for dropped loads
    • Proactively managing stakeholder expectations with real time information tracking
    • Close collaboration with IDP and Ret-Pack
    • Execution of loads via formal assigned allocation process and/or Spotlight Track and Trace system and provide feedback on enhancements to T1 Supervisor/development team.
    • Responsible to amend out of stock items on load plan in accordance with Spotlight stock swop out recommendations.
    • Conduct reviews of RCA’s and present continuous improvement initiatives to be implemented.
    • Responsible with T1 Supervisor for providing feedback on closing out all national tracking queries regarding open “in transit” cycles and other investigations.
    • Drive and maintain the centralized T1 carrier safety module to ensure adherence to safety requirements as per FORTRESS/VPO requirements.
    • Accountable with support of the T1 carrier back office to capture and communicate all safety incidents in accordance with guidelines on CR360 and communication deadlines.
    • Setup up 24hr/48hr/7day/30day incident calls and compile action logs with follow ups on action closures.
    • Ensure T1 Safety program FORTRESS monthly submissions are submitted and conduct the determined sample validations and calibrate if needed.
    • Ensure the daily telemetry outputs for the BUSA dashboard is received and populated and action log to be drafted and addresses with carriers if applicable.
    • Lead the agenda in meetings and safety incident reviews with carriers.

    Compliance Analyst

    • The Key Purpose of this role is to bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of data in all Compliance Platforms  (Compliance Channel, Exiger, Convercent & Brew Right), then process, generate insights, design and present it in ways to help  colleagues within Legal & Compliance make better decisions.

    Key Roles and Responsibilities: 

    • Supplier Due Diligence. (i) initiate and support due diligence assessments on identified suppliers, (ii) interact with Africa finance/procurement teams for data collection, (iii) conduct interviews with vendors/referees as required, (iv) maintain an up to date TPV vendor database with all due diligence results and ensure that this is reflected in all ERP systems, (v) actively assist with the identification of touchpoint vendors.
    • Oversee compliance analytics workstream in Africa. Compliance team's "super user" of the Global Compliance Analytics Platform which uses company accounting systems to rates risks, identifies suspicious transactions and the like. The principal purpose of the position is, first, to interact with the platform to improve its functionality and to resolve identified risks, requiring financial expertise to do so; second, to liaise with countries in the Zone to gather supplementary information to close out investigations into identified risks. The position covers identified risks from all 12 countries in the Zone. 
    • Custodian of Compliance Controls. Management of Compliance Key Controls (Due Diligence, Gifts & Donations, Declaration of Interest, AML)
    • Additional tasks (i) compliance channel –tracking, monitoring and updating of compliance channel incidents, (ii) compliance champions –liaise with champions on global requirements and track and co-ordinate all information on champion’s projects across Africa, (iii) investigations - monitor daily submissions entered onto Convergent and update all tracking reports, (iv) support on all key compliance programs as required (v) assist with leading, monitoring and reporting on ad-hoc project requests.
