    Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

    • Managing the day-to-day running of business-to-business accounts.

    • Resolving any queries business clients may have using our product either over the phone, email, or Live Chat.
    • Advising clients on how to improve their experience and results.
    • Confidently and effectively dealing with initial complaints.
    • Assisting the Sales Team with business client retention and renewals.
    • Conducting Webinar training sessions.
    • Attending client visits and conducting onsite training sessions.

    • Regularly updating traffic light alerts according to account performance.

    • In this role you will be reaching out through multiple channels: phone, email, chat, online forms, and fax (frequently multi-tasking different methods of communication) to company representatives, often HR, to obtain information needed to complete verification requests.     Junior Sales Executive - Airport Industria

    • The junior sales executive is an experienced sales individual who is FAIS accredited. This individual will be responsible for successfully executing on outbound sales calls whilst supporting the upskilling of less experienced sales executives.  

    This individuals’ duties will include:  

    Executing and closing sales 

    • Understanding the product and the respective features and benefits. 
    • Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone and informing them about product features using scripts. 
    • Building rapport with customers and using the need that Futurewise aims to address to close sales deals. 
    • Effectively answering customers' questions. 
    • Accurately capturing customer and beneficiary information.  
    • Understanding and operating within the regulatory frameworks for financial service providers. 

    Maximising sales performance 

    • Monitoring sales performance and identifying improvement opportunities.  
    • Actively seeking customer feedback and raising reasons for not buying the product with the team leader. 
    • Keep up to date on general developments in education that can be used on sales calls. 
    • Make suggestions to the team leader on improvements to the script that can improve sales without detail. 
    • Coaching less experienced staff on effective sales strategies.

    Experience
