    Business Development Manager - Airport Industria

    Responsibility:

    • Lead and manage a team of B2B sales executives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve individual and team targets.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet/exceed sales objectives.
    • Foster a high-performance culture within the team, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and motivation.
    • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to team members.
    • Identify training needs and conduct training sessions to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
    • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
    • Prepare regular reports on the team's sales performance, current market trends, and team activities for management review.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B environment (preferably in the software applications space)
    • Proven experience managing and coaching teams, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
    • In-depth understanding of the B2B sales cycle and demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales processes.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue growth.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
