    Deputy Store Manager- Springfield

    PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION: 

    • Ensures that overall sales and profitability goals for the store are met 
    • Providing training to all associates 
    • Assisting the store manager in the development of staff in compliance with adidas retail growth objectives and support the store’s succession plan 
    • Overseeing the daily operation of the store and assuring compliance with adidas retail policy and procedure. 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   

    • Supports the store manager by implementing and maintaining a staff structure that minimizes payroll expenses and increases productivity, (monthly planner) using sales ratio performance balance. 
    • Assists the store manager by evaluates employees’ performance on a day-to-day basis  
    • Assists the store manager to spot talents, potentials and training needs 
    • Manage IR matters, ensuring timely and consistent handling of employee concerns and compliance with policies 
    • Perform or assist in the completion of all documentation associated with applicants, new hires, payroll. 
    • Effectively utilize customer service, training, educational tools, and communication to develop staff in relation to adidas retail goals. 
    • Maintains personnel files to company standards. 
    • Assure adherence to all company systems and procedures. 
    • Maintain confidentiality of adidas retail operating information. 
    • Assure compliance with legal statutes and safety guidelines in overall management of store and associates. 
    • Obtains the necessary skills, experience, and training from daily interaction with store management and outside training to develop necessary skills to assure promotability to next level. 
    • Assure adherence to adidas retail visual presentation guidelines. 
    • Implements the security procedures set forth by adidas head office including, but not limited to shrinkage control, and safety inspections. 
    • As needed, assists in the development of merchandising, advertising and promotional programs to help meet the sales and marketing goals of the store. 
    • Resolving customer complaints. 
    • Assists in maintaining inventory levels by communicating with the store manager overages and shortages of product. 
    • Assists the store manager to implement and maintain management systems for planning, organization, and controlling and auditing store operations. 
    • Other duties may be assigned

    • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

    BOH Supervisor- Hillfox

    PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION: 

    • To be responsible for managing product life cycles from entry to exit 
    • To drive productivity of stock movements in relation to delivery receiving and transfers 
    • To take ownership over the implementation of Heart of House and Management of Stockroom Layouts and its maintenance 
    • To execute store operations with specific focus on product and consumer service in line with brand image 
    • To use his/her expertise and experience to provide feedback and coaching opportunities to subordinates and store team 

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Awareness of store targets and actively works to meet or exceed these by using all the resources available inside and outside of the store 
    • Uses retail and commercial expertise to maximize sales opportunities by prioritizing merchandise flow to the sales floor 
    • Is a role model for stockroom operations ensuring all processes adhered to whilst providing feedback on ideas and suggestions on driving productivity to line manager and store team 
    • Promote accountability and transparency on a day-to-day basis, by ensuring teams are following policies and that they are handling product with integrity. 
    • Use BI Report to prioritize Top sellers and Black Hole to drive BOH productivity and fast pace to push product to the floor   
    • Ownership for completing deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures 
    • Accurately records and manages all stock movement in and out of store via IC processes or Omnichannel within a timely manner 
    • Works as one with line manager to ensure adequate consumables are provided to create an effective environment, highlighting issues to line manager where require 
    • Responsible for Inventory accuracy within the flagship environment executing cycle counts and controlling adjustments in line with line manager and store team 
    • Proactively manage stock capacities ensuring store is always in line with optimums. 
    • Ownership of all stockroom health and safety topics, checks and complies with all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sustainable working environment 
    • Identifies improvement opportunities and communicates suggestions to line manager and store management to drive commercial success 
    • Provides strong leadership skills in order to guide and train own team on Stockroom Operations, managing performance via the Company Performance system (#MyBest) with the support of HR Manager and line manager where required 
    • Collaborates productively and respectfully with all team members acting as one Store Team to meet or exceed store goals 
    • Makes himself/herself available to support other team members when needCommunicates a desire to learn and seizes all available opportunities to drive his/her development and increase performance 
    • Partner with instore trainer and ensure regular trainings and refreshers on HOR, day in the life of a BOH Specialist, policies and procedures are conducted.

    District Manager- EM South

    Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation 

    • Drive districts’ profitability by meeting or exceeding district sales and profit targets and coach store managers on driving commercial success and customer service excellence. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Take full ownership of the district and its commercial success. 
    • Coach store managers to increase their stores’ sales, productivity and profitability. 
    • Drive service and selling culture in the district. 
    • Spend focused time on the sales floor during store visits to determine service improvement opportunities and to coach the Store Managers.

    • Further tertiary qualification in Retail Management will be of an advantage.
