    General Manager: Business Development

    Strategic Business Development:

    • Develop and implement long-term business strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth
    • Identify and pursue new business ventures, product segments, and geographic expansions

    Capex Project Leadership:

    • Lead the planning, assessment, and execution of major Capex projects, including manufacturing facility expansions, modernization efforts, and infrastructure investments
    • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for proposed projects

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred
    • 10–15 years of experience in business development within the building materials industry or related sectors
    • Proven track record of managing Capex projects and delivering significant business growth
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and market drivers in the building materials sector
    • Exceptional skills in strategic planning, financial modelling, and stakeholder management
    • Knowledge of sustainability trends and technologies in the construction materials space is a plus

    HR Officer

    • As a HR Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide advice to line managers regarding the conduct and misconduct management
    • Provide advice to line managers and investigate/process disciplinary cases
    • Coach Line Managers on effective delivery of Disciplinary hearings
    • Represent the organisation at CCMA (Conciliation and Arbitration)
    • Ensure that the Resourcing process is adhered to, and jobs are timeously advertised and tracked on the Social Media channels externally and via hand delivered applications internally

    • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in HR Information Systems) and MS Office suite

    Stores Supervisor

    • As the Stores Supervisor, you will be responsible to managing the inventory and supply chain operations specific to the mining environment. This role ensures that all materials, tools, and equipment are efficiently stored, tracked, and dispatched to support mining operations.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for mining operations
    • Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations
    • Oversee the receipt of materials and equipment, ensuring they meet quality and quantity specifications
    • Coordinate the dispatch of supplies to various departments within the mining plant
    • Lead and train warehouse staff in best practices for inventory handling and storage
    • Schedule work assignments and manage performance evaluations

    Senior Stock Controller

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Management, Stock Optimization, Data Management & Reporting:
    • Oversee the entire stock control process, ensuring inventory levels meet operational requirements without excessive surplus or shortage
    • Maintain accurate records of stock movements, purchases, and usage of raw materials, parts, equipment, and consumables
    • Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely ordering and replenishment of stock
    • Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system records
    • Analyse and monitor inventory turnover rates, usage trends, and stock levels to improve inventory efficiency and reduce wastage
    • Implement stock control strategies that ensure cost-effective practices while maintaining operational readiness

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
    • Relevant certifications in inventory or logistics management (e.g., APICS, CILT) are a plus
    • Minimum of 5–8 years of experience in inventory management, stock control, or supply chain management, with at least 2–3 years in the mining sector or a related industry
    • Expertise in stock control techniques, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation
    • Proficiency in using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems)
    • Strong analytical skills to evaluate stock movements and generate insightful reports
    • Advanced skills in Excel for creating spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting
    • Knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory strategies, and procurement processes
    • Understanding of the health, safety, and environmental regulations in the mining sector
    • Familiarity with legal and regulatory frameworks surrounding inventory control, hazardous materials, and international trade laws
