    Sr. Associate, Material Planning

    About the role

    • The Analyst Material planning position has the responsibility of the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) process ensuring materials availability to support the production schedule at the optimal inventory investment and cost for the specific production sites.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing MRP process as well as facilitating/driving issue resolution
    • Participating in huddle meetings and ensuring alignment with the global standards and best practices
    • Be part of the monthly Supply Review (Step 3) meetings as a part of the S&OP process
    • Accountable for Case Fill Rate and Inventory KPI’s within their cluster(s) or category(s) or site(s)
    • Ensure aligned inventory strategies are incorporated into updated plans
    • Proactively communicate potential issues with the cross functional Product Supply stakeholders – while leading issue resolution
    • Conduct monthly root cause analysis of KPI’s for their category/cluster/plant – and identify/drive corrective actions
    • Responsible for leading capability and both long and short-term capacity assessments on supporting demand changes
    • Establish good relationships with suppliers
    • Update and maintain KPIs dashboard and suppliers’ scorecard
    • Ensure proper Master Data and PO maintenance

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years of Supply Chain or Business experience
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience using PC-based applications (such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and/or Access) strong communication skills, with a proven ability to understand key business and planning concepts
    • Inventory Control and Execution Excellence – Leveraging knowledge of key supply chain drivers in order to ensure proper inventory management.
    • Core Planning – Applying knowledge of supply planning processes and tools in order to ensure proper execution
    • Continuous Improvement – Applying a continuous improvements framework by continually seeking new ways to enhance performance, improve results
    • Effective Communication - Listening and communicating openly, honestly, and respectfully with different audiences, promoting dialogue and building consensus

    Senior Analyst - Financial Planning & Analysis

    Overview:

    • The purpose of this role is to partner with the Sales Managers in Africa to drive Net Sales growth, Optimize Trade Spending and increase profitability by close P&L analysis, pre and post promo analysis (ROI) and customer profitability tracking.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead yearly budgeting process
    • Lead monthly S&OP process
    • Lead trade spending (including returns/remnants) optimization with close controls and a structured ROI analysis, in line with global and cluster policies. Reconciliation of trade deal accounts on a monthly  basis.
    • Lead month-end closing for trade spending actuals and accruals, in coordination with SSC Customer Finance Team (AR, CAT, Rebates teams), report risks and opportunities to Sales and FP&A manager
    • Audit: Deliver necessary documentation and support for internal and external audits
    • Overall P&L ownership

    Experience you’ll bring:

    • 2-3 years of commercial finance experience, preferably in FMCG sector
    • Efficiently managing, influencing & partnering with key stakeholders, especially that some are cross country
    • Ability to implement and enforce internal controls

    Brand Manager

    OVERVIEW:

    About the role: Reporting into the Customer Marketing Manager for Africa Cluster, you will play a local role in developing the Customer Marketing strategy for the assigned categories. You will be in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Teams. You will do deep analyses of the market, customers, and shopper dynamics, will come up with insights to be converted into action plans across the channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead development of Category Development Strategy to achieve defined business objectives for category in charge by designing in-store strategy covering multiple pillars; i.e. BTL communication and in-store materials, price architecture, category assortment, planogram and consumer promotions
    • Lead market execution of new launches, define quarterly cycle priorities and cascade the plans on channel basis to the field team through meetings and quarterly distributor meetings
    • Lead cross-functional relations with key stakeholders; Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain Teams
    • Manage the budget in charge while overviewing Trade Money initiatives
    • Responsible for management of shopper/channel initiatives and investments for the category
    • Utilize Nielsen reports on monthly basis to understand the market on region basis as well as define opportunities for market share and distribution across
    • Work on defined processes to develop promotional packs, performance trackers for sales, shares, distribution and initiative ROI
    • Takes an active role in S&OP process ensuring the connection between marketing plans and market execution and sales

    Required Experience and Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
    • Commercial FMCG background with at a solid practical experience
    • 3-4 years of experience with preferably 2 years in customer/trade marketing
    • Strong command of English (written and verbal)
    • Understanding and knowledge of the FMCG dynamics
    • Strong use of MS Office and Nielsen data
