RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute creative designs for marketing campaigns, adhoc projects and assets required timeously.
• Collaborate with the Brand hub team members under the Regional Creative Directors guidance to create or adapt high quality, visually appealing designs that meet the business requirements.
• Keep abreast with the latest trends and technologies within the premium industry best practice.
• Fast Learner with a thorough understanding of the Four Houses of Brand s CI, brand positioning, and target audiences
• Must exhibit a passion for design, ensuring that every project is meticulously crafted, with attention to the minor details as well as the overall look and feel.
• Produce sketches and storyboards when required.
• Ensure the level of creative work is high before presenting work to Creative Directors, Group Heads etc.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Bachelor s degree in graphic design or a related field
• 3 5 years of experience in creative design
• Strong portfolio of work in social, print, digital, and OOH design
• Experience working with a variety of clients and brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
