Job Description

• Responsible for all general function in the warehouse.

Requirements:

• Grade 10
• 2-3 years’ experience in the woolstore
• Basic knowledge of the warehouse functioning
• Be prepared to work overtime and shifts when required to do so.
• Be prepared to work for long hours

Key Performance Areas:

HD Press:

• Strap bales on the HD press to move through the stowage location.
• Ensure productivity and targets are maintained.
• Ensure that the standard of bales is maintained. No unacceptable bales must leave the department.
• Ensure that the Press Machine are maintained and not unnecessary damaged.
• Ensure that all bales are on the standard that go through the HD press.
• Ensure that the HD press is in working order
• Perform all ad hoc activities/duties/tasks/ as requested by his/her superior anywhere in the plant (BKB)
• Adhere to the rules and regulations of Health and Safety
