    Enrolled Nurse - Theatre

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12.
    • Enrolled Nursing qualification.
    • Current registration with South African Nursing Council.
    • BLS qualification advantageous.
    • 1 to 3 years’ relevant Nursing experience in a Theatre.
    • Experience within a private hospital environment is advantageous.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Perform all duties in accordance with the South African Nursing Council (SANC), the Department of Health (DOH) and National Core standards.
    • Adhere to the principles and standards of Patient Advocacy according to SANC Acts and Omissions, Company Code of Conduct, Patient Rights and Responsibility Charter, National
    • Millennium Development goals and responsibility of Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
    • Implement care as instructed by the Registered Nurse and/or Unit Manager in order to meet individual patient needs, for example, wound care, administration of medication, hygiene care, buttock care, back and pressure care etc.
    • Assist the Registered Nurse and Administration staff in maintaining adequate stock levels including accurate recording and charging of stock used.
    • Assist the Registered Nurse during a procedure by handling medical equipment and stock as required.
    • Escalate any issues to Registered Nurse or Unit Manager.
    • Participate and contribute toward team meetings and offering ideas to improve patient care

    Enrolled Nurse

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12.
    • Enrolled Nursing qualification.
    • Current registration with South African Nursing Council.
    • BLS qualification advantageous.
    • 2 to 3 years’ relevant Nursing experience in a medical ward.
    • Experience within private hospital environment advantageous.

    Minimum Duties:

    • Perform nursing duties in accordance with the South African Nursing Council (SANC), Department of Health (DOH) and National Core standards.
    • Adhere to the principles and standards of patient advocacy according to the SANC Acts and Omissions, Company Code of Conduct, Patient Rights and Responsibility Charter, Code of Conduct, Patient Rights and Responsibility Charter, National Millennium Development goals and the responsibility of continuous professional development (CPD). Plan, organize, assess and prioritize work in line with legislation to ensure efficient completion of tasks under the supervision of a registered Nurse.
    • Drive quality of care by adhering to work standards and establishing a safe, therapeutic and clean environment for all stakeholders that is free from medico-legal hazards.
    • Document patient care services and maintain accurate records of all pharmaceuticals used to ensure medications are correctly charged and administered according to prescribed standards.

    Billings Auditor

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Diploma Nursing
    • 2-3 years’ experience in Billings environment
    • Advanced Computer Literacy
    • SAP will be an advantage.

    Minimum Duties:

    • Perform Billings Auditing duties in accordance with the Clinix Health Groups standard and procedure.
    • Adhere to the principles and standards of patient advocacy according to the Clinix Health Groups.
    • Review and analyse reports as a management tool, in order to identify negative trends and implement corrective action.
    • Optimize the billing of products by the Hospital and in line with company requirements and contractual arrangement with Medical Schemes.
    • Perform End of Case on the approved system.
    • Ensure the accurate maintenance of supplier invoices.
    • Efficient management of Billing processes by Specific to private patients, final bill invoices on the SAP system as ‘paper’ claim and forward patient files to the collections department for further management.
    • Audit Patient files as per Company requirement and in accordance with the Company contracts with Medical Schemes.
    • Adhere to reporting standards by analysing information and reports by identifying trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making

    Responsible Pharmacist - Nembula House

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Bachelor of Pharmacy Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy
    • Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a pharmacist
    • 5 years’ experience as a Pharmacist with at least 2 years’ experience in a private hospital dispensary
    • Previous experience as a Pharmacy Manager in a private hospital will be an advantage
    • Understanding of relevant legislation, operating structures and relationships within a hospital environment.
    • Computer proficiency – MS Office, SAP (or similar), Unisolve.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Ensure the effective management of the Pharmacy as per the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) and the Good Pharmacy Practice.
    • Ensure compliance with South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC), Department of Health (DOH) and other statutory and legal requirements.
    • Drive a system of incident reporting, identify negative trends and implement corrective action.

    • Implement and monitor relevant processes according to quality standards, policy and regulations
    • Ensure the alignment, adherence and implementation of end-to-end standard operating procedures
    • Collate and address pharmacy related incident reports, complete root cause analysis and where relevant, provide staff with training and collaborate with the clinical staff to implement operational changes promoting safety
    • Identify and address patient concerns in a systemic, proactive and timely manner and complete follow ups as necessary

    Trained Registered Nurse-Maternity

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Cur/Diploma in General Nursing
    • Relevant Midwifery qualification
    • BLS qualification
    • Post-registration experience preferred.

    • Managing and supporting the introduction of new critical care technologies into the unit
