Requirements:

• Minimum requirements include a relevant degree with experience in Residential Valuations as well as proof of registration with the South African Council for the Property Valuers Profession in accordance with the Property Valuers Profession Act of 2000. This role requires a deep understanding of the local real estate market, strong analytical skills, and the ability to produce high-quality valuation reports. In addition, and besides relevant work experience, you will be able to work independently following deadlines whilst simultaneously meeting stringent service and quality objectives and standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the valuations we provide to our clients. You will work closely with our team of valuation experts to review reports, documents, and data to identify and rectify any errors or discrepancies. Your role will be instrumental in upholding our commitment to delivering high-quality valuation services to our clients.
