Requirements
Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience 

• Enrolled Nurse Certificate 
• Basic Counselling Qualification
• Code B or C1 driver’s licences with Professional Driving Permit (PrDP)
• Two to three years working experience as an Enrolled Nurse
• One-year counselling experience

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

• Matric (Senior Certificate)
• Enrolled nurse Certificate
• HTS Certificate (10-day certificate)
• VMMC counselling certificate
• Two years counselling experience
• VMMC - Nursing related and/or HTS-related counselling experience will be advantageous

Description

The position will ensure that all districts and sites’ VMMC data collection, verification, reporting processes are aligned to RTC Data Management SOP . 

Requirements

Required Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or qualification in data management related field OR
• Three years’ experience in data quality assurance
• Post-matric diploma in computer literacy incl. Excel, OR equivalent experience would be an added advantage.
• Data Management and/or Monitoring and Evaluation Certificate as well as basic Microsoft Excel.
• Or Working background in Monitoring and Evaluation, Pepfar and DOH reporting field.
• 5 years’ experience in managing HIV/AIDS/VMMC-related data, including data quality audits, data analysis and visualization and reporting
• 3 years’ experience in working with data management/M&E systems (including Datim, DHIS, Advanced Excel and Power BI)
• Knowledge of VMMC
• Driver’s license

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Advanced qualification in computer literacy incl. Excel and database software, OR equivalent experience an added advantage.
• Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation Or 2 years’ experience in working with data management/M&E systems (including Datim, DHIS and Advanced Excel)
• Two years’ experience in managing staff is an advantage
• Two years’ experience in training / facilitation.

To distribute MMC equipment/consumables, pull Mobile and transport clients and staff.

Requirements

Required Education & Skills:

• Code EC or C1 driver’s licenses.
• Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• Professional Driver’s license/public license.
• License that allows pick-up and transport of passenger.

Desirable Education & Skills:

• Matric Knowledge of and experience with car mechanics.

Required Minimum Experience:

• 2 years’ experience as a driver counselling skill will be an advantage.

Desirable Experience

• 3 years' experience as a driver 2 years' experience pulling Caravan/Trailer.
