Core Description

• Responsible for participating in the scoping and implementation of SAP Solutions for clients. Ensure that implementations and support services meet client requirements. Responsible for preparation and contribution to the process design specification, configuration, testing and implementation of required SAP solutions.

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Complete projects and deliver quality solutions to clients in time, within budget and to agreed scope. Ensure projects and solution deliveries have the required documentation, testing plans, etc.
• Meet deliverable requirements/service level measures/specific targets. (e.g.: Meeting SLAs confining to quality requirements)
• Drive and actively participate in designing and developing fit for purpose solutions for clients through obtaining and analysing business requirements and researching best practice (R&D).
• Generate leads and identify opportunities to sell new solutions to clients. (e.g.: Feasibility analysis of Retail processes that can generate new SAP business)
• Ensure that all potential risks that may impact on the performance and success of the department are identified, escalated and mitigated
• Ensure high quality work processes during all support/project cycles through the defect management process to ensure a high-quality solution.
• Create re-usable solution, process or work product (Technical/Non-Technical) that can save time, efforts and eliminate errors of self/others.
• Knowledge dissemination. (e.g.: Conduct Technical/domain training to enhance skills of team members)
• Ensure personal billable hours meet agreed target ranges
• Submit timesheet in time according to BCX policies and procedures.
• Knowledge creation and storage. e.g.: Document all new processes/activities, configuration and store on the knowledge management server

Minimum Qualifications

• NQF 6: 3 year Degree/ Diploma/ National Diploma
• OR NQF 4: Grade 12

Core Description

• The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Administrator provides, removes, modifies, and reviews user access to information systems including, but limited to, confirm roles and actions are correct based on user function, business need, and policies for least privilege access

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Identify and develop role-based security access to match job requirements and adhere to the least privilege principle. 
• Create and disable user accounts, as requested, provided appropriate approvals. 
• Ensure access rights are updated in a timely manner as needs change due to events; including, but not limited to, termination, role changes, new systems, and regulatory requirements. 
• Update and close tasks associated with access management requests and meet service level targets. 
• Develop and document user administration and audit practices. 
• Manage PAM functions in terms of compliance. 
• Ensure compliance with related industry regulations and respond to information security audits. 
• Preserve all records that indicate changes made to access control lists to facilitate audits and other investigations. 
• Suggest improvements to user access request workflows. 
• Assist with audit preparations and help develop responses and action items for an associated finding. 
• Provide user access administration training. 
• Assist and support information security, system administration, and project teams with the integration of programs that intersect with user administration. 
• Preserve all records that indicate changes made to access control lists to facilitate audits and other investigations.

Minimum Qualifications

• NQF 4: Grade 12 National Diploma in Computer Science or Information Systems
• OR NQF 4: Grade 12

Experience

• 2 years’ experience

Certifications

• CISSP
• A security industry certification is preferred including but not limited to CISSP, SSCP, CISM, SANS GSEC, ECSA, ECSP, and Security+.
• Cyberarc, BeyondTrust or Sailpoint certified technical specialist
