    IT Scrum Assistant (Resorts)

    • We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented IT Scrum Assistant to support our dynamic IT Resorts team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating tasks, and has a keen interest in Agile methodologies and IT operations

    Key performance areas:

    • Provide strong administrative and organisational support to the IT Resorts team
    • Coordinate and manage IT-related administrative tasks effectively
    • Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely resolution of assigned logs
    • Assist in tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
    • Support communication between team members and stakeholders

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Strong administrative and organisational skills
    • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
    • Experience with project/task management tools (advantageous)
    • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
    • Basic understanding of IT environments (advantageous)
    • Exposure to Scrum/Agile methodologies (beneficial but not essential)
    • Effective management and coordination of IT administrative tasks
    • Maintenance of Scrum boards, user stories, and sprint documentation
    • Collaboration with technicians to ensure resolution of assigned logs

    Resort Manager – Formosa Bay Resort

    Key Performance Areas:

    • This role is responsible for managing staff & handling all aspects of the resort & associated facilities.  
    • Ensure that regular maintenance of the resort is carried out effectively.
    • Interact with guests.  
    • Monitor budgets & process relevant documentation.
    • The successful candidate must be prepared to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
    • Handling of guest related queries, online booking platforms and various booking periods.

    Key Competencies & Personal Attributes:

    • 3 years’ experience in a Resort Manager position
    • Previous experience with Timeshare
    • Must have HR & IR experience to deal with staff
    • Excellent communication skills

    Resort Procurement Specialist

    • The Beekman Group is seeking a commercially astute and detail-oriented Resorts Procurement Specialist to take ownership of procurement across our Company portfolio, including Food & Beverage outlets, Body Bliss Day Spas as well as Head Office departments. This role is pivotal in ensuring cost-effective, compliant, and high-quality sourcing across the Group, while supporting operational efficiency and strategic initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities
    Procurement & Supplier Management

    • Oversee end-to-end procurement processes across all resorts and selected Head Office departments
    • Source, negotiate, and secure competitive pricing, contracts, and service level agreements
    • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure service delivery and value optimisation

    Operational Coordination

    • Forecast procurement requirements in collaboration with resort management
    • Coordinate bulk purchasing and distribution across multiple sites
    • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment

    Governance & Compliance

    • Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and vendor databases
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and legal requirements (including cross-border procurement)
    • Support implementation and optimisation of procurement systems and best practices

    Strategic & Project Support

    • Assist with procurement planning for refurbishments and group projects
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive efficiency and cost-saving initiatives
    • Contribute to sustainable and ethical sourcing practices

    Minimum Requirements

    • Proven experience in procurement within the hospitality or resort environment
    • Strong negotiation and supplier management capability
    • Sound understanding of procurement processes, contracts, and cost management
    • High attention to detail with strong administrative and organisational skills
    • Ability to operate in a multi-site, fast-paced environment
    • Commercial acumen and cost awareness
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
    • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
    • High level of accountability and integrity

    Resort Reception – Boulder Bay

    • Key Performance Areas: Duties range from telephone, office administration, reservations, stock/asset control, data capturing and handling of money. Reception/housekeeping including preparing and checking in clients. This person must be able to work without supervision and have good customer relations. Relief Manager when on leave.

    Position Requirements:

    • Matric
    • 2 years’ experience in a similar position
    • Computer literacy skills including Excel & Word.
    • Hospitality experience will be beneficial.

    Person Requirements:

    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Good communication skills
    • Own transport & Drivers Licence essential
    • Prepared to work on week-ends; public holidays that fall on a check in day, late evenings and call out.
