    Service Engineer (Uptime Representative)

    • Role Definition: Assists with product problem management within an assigned territory or industry; Maximizes Customer Loyalty while minimizing the commercial impact of customer complaints related to products, applications, and maintenance requirements thru appropriate and timely use of resources including Goodwill.

    What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

    • Providing input to Service Operations Specialists for shop operations, service process improvements, and systems, to help dealers achieve higher service quality and improve profitability. Drive and support Dealer Product Problem Management process.
    • Building dealer's technical capabilities to identify and repair product deficiencies.
    • Providing technical guidance and counseling dealers on presentations designed to inform customers of service advantages.
    • Directing dealers in managing Product Improvement Programs cost-effectively and within designated timeframes.
    • Collaborate internally with business partners to deliver product defect fixes for our end users in partnership with our dealers.

    What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum 4 years experience in a similar position.
    • Demonstrated expertise and experience working in emerging markets or regions

    Aftermarket Sales Representative

    Role Definition:

    • Manages dealers' relationships to market company products and services and assists in the development of dealer sales capability.

    What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

    • Understanding of business model and acting within the business process guidance on review and approval for variance programs and commercial actions.
    • Designing and assisting dealers on the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques; supporting the rollout of new products.
    • Performing regular sales performance reviews with dealers and ensuring implementation of corrective actions where needed.
    • Presenting products or services for stakeholders, answering any customer questions, and addressing their needs.

    What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Skills):

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
    • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in aftermarket or parts sales, operations, or manufacturing environments
    • Understanding of sales funnel management and implementing sales and marketing campaigns
    • Experience working with digital tools and platforms in a sales or operational context (e.g. Visionlink, Parts.CAT.com, SIS2Go)
    • Understanding of equipment lifecycle, repair, and rebuild solutions in a heavy machinery or related industry will be plus
