    Technical Product Owner

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • This role is crucial for meeting an ambitious build timeline, allowing us to scale our newly relaunched correspondent bank, ultimately delivering significant value to our customers. This position is ideal for someone who is methodical, motivated, and passionate about the impact their work can have.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Requirement Management: Gather and prioritize requirements from operations, treasury, finance, management, and compliance teams, translating them into actionable product goals.
    • User Engagement: Understand user workflows, identify challenges and dependencies, provide training for optimal system use, and identify inefficiencies in product processes.
    • Architecture Definition/Refinement: Play a key role in refining the architectural target state as new requirements emerge, and communicate any inconsistencies to stakeholders.
    • Agile Project Management: Maintain a prioritized backlog in line with sprint-based methodologies and drive the team to meet delivery targets.

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in FinTech, payments, or middle-office banking systems is essential.
    • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
    • Strong understanding of software architecture, software development, and agile methodologies is required.

    System Administrator

     Job Purpose

    •  As a Systems Administrator, you'll be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining the company’s hardware, software, and IT infrastructure. You'll ensure system functionality, data security, and seamless operations, enabling employees to work efficiently. You’ll also tackle performance issues, manage system updates, and provide after-hours support for production systems.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide expert user support and resolve technical issues.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues.
    • Ensure operational compliance and maintain system standards.
    • Oversee system updates, maintenance, and security protocols.
    • Collaborate with the infrastructure team on network and database issues.
    • Build and present system performance reports and dashboards.

    Skills & Experience

    • 2+ years in IT environments, including AWS and VMware.
    • Experience with Azure/M365, Active Directory, Windows Servers, and SQL/Linux databases.
    • Proficiency in network security, backup management, and cloud services.
    • Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach.
