    Marketing Operations Business Partner (360_MarkBP)

    Job Overview:

    • The Marketing Operations Business Partner is the principal operational interface between central Group Marketing / 360Hub and the properties, resorts, hotels, lodges and business units across Dream Hotels & Resorts. The role converts approved commercial priorities, property and business unit requirements, campaigns, offers and marketing plans into structured briefs, workflows, timelines, deliverables and stakeholder updates. It manages prioritisation and workflow, coordinates delivery across marketing specialists and ensures stakeholders understand what marketing is delivering, when it will be delivered and what business outcome it is intended to support. This is an implementation, coordination, workflow and stakeholder management role. It does not own or set overall group marketing strategy, brand strategy, commercial strategy or revenue strategy, but ensures that agreed marketing activity is properly coordinated, delivered, tracked and reported on. The position also prevents the central marketing team from becoming an unstructured internal request desk.

    Key responsibilities

    Business partnering

    • Develop strong working relationships with General Managers, business unit leaders, Sales, Revenue, Reservations, Operations, central support functions and other relevant stakeholders.
    • Understand group, property and business unit requirements, including occupancy needs, demand periods, market segments, packages, events, offers and commercial priorities
    • Translate commercial, operational and stakeholder requirements into clear marketing briefs, implementation plans and coordinated marketing actions.
    • Advise properties and business units on suitable marketing solutions based on approved priorities, objectives, timing, available resources and expected business impact.

    Marketing planning

    • Support the development and implementation of marketing plans across the group portfolio, including properties, resorts, hotels, lodges and relevant business units.
    • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, launches, offers and need-period activity.
    • Align property and business unit requirements with the overall group marketing calendar.
    • Ensure marketing activity supports agreed revenue, sales, occupancy, demand-generation and broader business objectives. Briefing and workflow
    • Own the intake and briefing process for group marketing requests.
    • Ensure briefs contain clear objectives, target audiences, offers, deadlines, deliverables, channels, approvals and required supporting information.
    • Prioritise work based on business impact, urgency, readiness and available marketing resources.
    • Allocate requirements to the relevant marketing specialists, including content, CRM, digital, creative, social media, web, internal teams or external partners where applicable.
    • Track projects from brief through approval, production, launch and reporting.
    • Manage conflicting deadlines and stakeholder expectations.

    Campaign operations

    • Build and manage campaign timelines, production schedules, task lists and delivery milestones.
    • Coordinate dependencies between marketing, sales, revenue, reservations, operations, suppliers, agencies, property teams and business unit stakeholders.
    • Ensure all campaign elements are ready before launch, including rates, booking mechanics, terms and conditions, landing pages, creative, CRM, tracking, booking links and approvals.

    • Track approved marketing expenditure by campaign, property, business unit, supplier or activity where required.
    • Support procurement, quotations and supplier coordination.
    • Coordinate external agencies and production partners where required.

    Governance

    • Establish and maintain practical marketing SLAs, templates, checklists and briefing documentation.
    • Maintain accurate campaign documentation, production schedules, workflow trackers and stakeholder status reports.
    • Reduce duplicated and last-minute work.
    • Establish clear approval and escalation processes. Key deliverables across the scope of role:

    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION

    • 5–8 years' marketing experience.
    • Strong project/account/marketing operations experience.
    • Hospitality or multi-site consumer business experience highly advantageous.
    • Commercial understanding of hotel occupancy, rates, revenue and demand generation desirable.
    • Strong stakeholder management.
    • Excellent project management and prioritisation.

    Graphic Designer - Brand & Commercial Collateral Designer (360_GD)

    Job Overview

    • This role specialises in commercially focused collateral, brand production and selected print requirements that need strong layout, information hierarchy and production accuracy. The designer supports Group Marketing, Sales, properties, central support teams and wider business stakeholders with professional, brand-consistent materials that help promote and sell the portfolio. The role maintains essential print capability while prioritising reusable, digitally distributable collateral wherever practical.

    Key responsibilities

    • Commercial collateral and sales enablement
    • Design and produce brochures, fact sheets, sales presentations, rate and promotional collateral and sales toolkits.
    • Create conference, events, wedding, trade and partner/co-branded collateral.
    • Design menus and selected property or business-unit collateral within agreed scope.
    • Create interactive or screen-ready PDFs and presentation formats suitable for digital sharing.
    • Develop reusable templates and modular content systems to reduce unnecessary one-off production.
    • Produce approved campaign, property, business-unit and format adaptations efficiently.
    • Selected print and physical production
    • Produce approved print advertisements, pull-up banners, posters, signage and trade-show material.
    • Create print-ready artwork and manage bleeds, colour profiles, resolution and production specifications.
    • Liaise with printers and suppliers where required and within the approved production process.
    • Conduct artwork checks, proofing and final pre-production quality control.
    • Confirm that print is the appropriate format and that quantities, specifications and versions are approved before artwork release.
    • Maintain organised editable master files, print specifications and version control.
    • Brand management and collaboration
    • Apply Group and property brand standards across all commercial collateral and selected print work.
    • Maintain master templates for presentations, fact sheets, brochures, menus and other recurring collateral.
    • Ensure logos, typography, photography, information hierarchy and technical specifications are correct.
    • Flag off-brand, duplicative or low-value requests to the Creative Lead and recommend a reusable digital or templated alternative where appropriate.
    • Collaborate with the Digital Creative Designer so campaign concepts remain consistent across online, sales and physical touchpoints.

    • Artwork and information accuracy.

    Experience and Qualifications

    • 3-5 years graphic design experience.
    • Strong Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop capability.
    • Excellent layout, typography and information-hierarchy skills.
    • Strong print-production knowledge, including preflight, proofing and supplier specifications.
    • Experience producing multi-page documents, presentations and sales collateral.
    • Experience creating screen-ready, interactive or digitally distributable document formats.
    • Ability to work accurately with prices, dates, packages and detailed information.

    Group, Conference & Events Coordinator (360hub_GC&E)

    Job Overview:

    • The Group, Conference & Events (GC&E) Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire enquiry-to-confirmed booking journey for group accommodation, conferences, meetings, incentives, events and special interest groups across the Dream Hotels & Resorts portfolio.
    • The role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, travel partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, proposals are professionally presented, and opportunities are proactively managed to maximize conversion, revenue and guest satisfaction.
    • Working closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations and Property Operations teams, the Coordinator plays a key role in growing conference, events and group business across the portfolio.

    Key responsibilities

    Group, Conference & Event Sales Coordination

    • Manage all group, conference and event enquiries received through approved sales channels.
    • Qualify client requirements and recommend appropriate properties, venues and packages.
    • Coordinate the sourcing of availability, rates and event requirements across multiple properties.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales process.
    • Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience from initial enquiry through to confirmation.

    Proposal & Quotation Management

    • Prepare accurate, compelling and professionally presented proposals and quotations.
    • Develop customized event and accommodation packages aligned to client objectives and budgets.
    • Ensure all quotations comply with company pricing, revenue and approval frameworks.
    • Liaise with Revenue Management teams regarding rate guidance and commercial opportunities.

    • Actively seek alternative property solutions when preferred venues are unavailable.
    • Drive upselling opportunities including accommodation, activities, catering, venue upgrades and value-added experiences.

    Stakeholder & Property Liaison

    • Build strong working relationships with property General Managers, Operational Teams, Reservations and Commercial colleagues.
    • Coordinate site inspections, familiarization visits and venue show rounds.
    • Facilitate smooth handovers of confirmed bookings to operational teams.
    • Ensure all relevant details are communicated accurately to properties and stakeholders.

    • Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, Events Management or a related field.
    • Minimum 3 years' experience in:

    • Conference and events coordination
    • Reservations or groups booking administration
    • Customer service or sales support environments
    • Experience within a hotel, resort, lodge or hospitality group environment will be advantageous.
    • Experience working with CRM, PMS or reservations systems is preferred.
