    Senior Data Scientist (Western Cape)

    Description
    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Data science project implementation:
    • Drive implementation and deployment of Data science projects within the scope and timeline, both as supervisor and contributor.
    • Work closely with team members to ensure data products are built with a high level of quality, scalability, reliability, and security, providing technical and tactical support, and removing roadblocks.
    • Cross-functional collaboration:
    • Communicate effectively with people of varying levels of data literacy and technical knowledge, when providing data-driven insights.
    • Facilitate cross-functional projects between Data Scientists, GIS Analysts, SRE, and DW teams to build innovative data products.
    • Project scoping: 
    • Contribute to managing the funnel of incoming and work-in-progress Data science projects.
    • Apply critical thinking to the feasibility of projects with a focus on delivering business value
    • MLops management:
    • Act as lead contributor in the design, development, and maintenance of MLOps infrastructure, in a way that best supports the implementation of the team’s projects.
    • Create and manage clearly defined processes for the implementation, deployment, and BAU phases of the project process, to be followed by all team members when production using locally developed code into the MLOps infrastructure.

    Requirements
    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on applied machine learning and statistical analysis. 
    • ML ops deployment experience is highly advantageous

    Service Assurance Manager (Western Cape)

    Description

    • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of management experience and have significant expertise in technology and/or financial services. The role involves overseeing support and operations across SA, UK, and Europe, ensuring smooth systems monitoring, effective escalation processes, payment operations, and internal/external stakeholder engagements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • B2B Service Assurance Management:
    • Lead and manage Service Assurance operations across SA, UK, and Europe, ensuring that SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.

    • Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, and establishing effective communication between stakeholders for post-incident reviews

    Requirements

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience in systems monitoring, incident escalation, and/or payment operations will be highly beneficial
    • Solid background in managing operations across multiple regions (SA, UK, Europe).
    • Experience in delivering periodic management reports and regular meetings with key stakeholders 

    TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Strong understanding of non-voice support systems (e.g., Freshdesk).
    • Ability to create workflows, test, troubleshoot, and solve problems through data analysis.

    Senior Digital Campaign Manager (Southern Suburbs (Cape))

    Description
    Responsibilities:

    • Manage, Run, Optimize and Report back on Paid Advertising channels on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the internal and external stakeholders, these include but are not limited to: Google advertising, META, X and Tik Tok
