    LCT Manager - Southern Africa

    Job Description
    Essential Responsibilities

    • Is accountable to achieve the quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for relevant GE Healthcare Portfolio in their geographical area
    • Is accountable for timely and accurate forecasting of pipeline per product and sales per the normal reporting cycles within Geographical Zone.
    • Provides input to and contributes to the formulation of the yearly business planning cycles
    • Execute Go-to-market strategy in conjunction with the relevant Modality leaders in order to cover the prioritized potential within the geography
    • Align territories to market potential and priorities and assign optimal account management and modality specialist sales resources in conjunction with the modality teams.
    • Develop & Implement growth strategies for the Private, Public & Regional business segments
    • Attract, retain, educate and develop world-class commercial talent to execute on LCT Go-to-market strategy.
    • Responsible for ensuring that all Account Managers and Account Executives have clear opportunity management activity and relationship building plans to ensure efficient coverage of decision makers and influencers through-out the total opportunity management cycle.
    • Drives performance management within the team, providing a regular operating mechanism of feedback, coaching and managing the annual appraisal system
    • Know Key Opinion Leaders in care areas; manage professional relations with key customers, academia government & administrative bodies in order to deepen understanding of customer challenges and needs. Nurture relationship with professional society stakeholders within geographical area.
    • Maintain up to date market and competitor knowledge related to the full GEHC product and services solutions and ensure that teams strengthen their knowledge on how to differentiate GE offering.
    • In cooperation with Product leadership and Marketing teams, drive One GE Healthcare marketing events in assigned MCT
    • Understand and lead development of financial offerings and solutions in collaboration with sales and project finance team within LCT based on customer needs
    • Ensure order booking quality and linearity improves for the zone, and ensure improved engagement/handshake between ITO & OTR takes place

    Qualifications/Requirements     

    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • 15+ years’ experience in Business Management, Sales, Marketing or equivalent years of experience in progressive leadership positions within the Healthcare industry with in-depth knowledge of healthcare market.
    • 5 years’ experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.
    • Minimum of 7 years in healthcare or equivalent industry.
    • Strong business acumen with ability to analyze financial needs accurately and establish budget effectively.
    • Proven leadership and ability to orchestrate resources and motivate teams. An inclusive leader who builds a connection to the workforce through personal involvement and trust.
    • Proven and solid on ethics and integrity, able to guide the team and the organization safely in the demanding legal and regulatory HC environment. 
    • Proven ability to influence and drive change
    • Proven success in the South Africa Public Sector 
    • Exceptional presentation skills; able to present ideas and communicate to customers and team in a way that produces understanding and impact.
    • Understanding of customer/marketplace and drivers that influence customer behavior.
    • Ability to resolve complex issues within LCT.
    • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Master’s degree preferred.

    ULS and PCS Service Product Commercial Leader , SSA

    Job Description
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Craft and implement sales strategies to drive organic growth in ULS and PCS services, focusing on revenue, capture rate, and Installed Base (IB) retention across SSA markets.
    • Customer and Market Insights: Gather and analyze regional market intelligence on economic drivers, purchasing behaviors, and competitive landscape. Tailor sales approaches to reflect SSA’s unique cultural and economic contexts.
    • Cross-Functional Alignment and Campaign Deployment: Work closely with the EAGM team to deploy ULS O&U campaigns, Add-on Probes, digital solutions, and new offerings across direct and indirect markets. Lead alignment sessions with product, marketing, and solutions teams to optimize product positioning, campaign design, and customer engagement strategies tailored for SSA markets.
    • Contribute to Team Development: Contribute to the development of the SSA sales team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with regional objectives.
    • Data-Driven Sales Strategy: Use CRM, analytics, and sales funnel tools to perform detailed forecasting and reporting, driving data-driven decision-making to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize sales performance.
    • Promote Digital Solutions: Educate customers on digital health solutions within the PCS and ULS portfolio, highlighting benefits for clinical and operational efficiencies.
    • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive territory and account plans for SSA, targeting revenue growth, retention, and competitive positioning.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and leverage executive-level relationships with customers, developing long-term partnerships that capitalize on immediate and strategic opportunities to meet customer needs effectively.
    • Alignment with Regional Sales Leadership: Work closely with SSA RSSM (Regional Service Sales Manager), and SAL (Service Account Leaders) to ensure strategic alignment on go-to-market (GTM) approaches, maximizing growth across regions.
    • Operational Efficiency: Ensure efficient forecasting, delivery scheduling, and post-sales support, enhancing the overall customer experience and retention rates.
    • Quality Specific Goals:
    • Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
    • Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
    • Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required

    Services Marketing Manager

    Job Description
    Key responsibilities include:

    • The mission is to generate additional service growth on the Installed base (IB) through new offerings & solution mindset adapted to the changing needs of our customers in partnership with Zones Service Sales distribution network, Equipment Product Marketing & Service Operations teams across EAGM.
    • Drive multi-functional collaboration for the design and commercial launch of targeted Service offerings (contract recapture, renewals, upsell, sale of options  hardware & software upgrade, Digital tools, Augmented reality, e-commerce fleet solutions etc...) that will allow our customers to get the most out of their current GEHC products, and our sales teams to increase our portfolio share as well as the customer loyalty.
    • Prioritize and map customer segments, work with the Services sales team on loyalty programs and regularly launch targeted campaigns for retention and monetization & upsell of the IB.
    • Conduct in-depth research aimed at defining the client's problem statement, success indicators, clinical and economic needs, managers and purchasing cycles. Script the different customer approaches to maximize their impact.
    • Collaborate with the Commercial Operations and Advertising and Promotions teams to ensure that commercial activation, demand stimulation and opportunity management concerning these offers are carried out using standard CRM tools.
    • Provide elements of information obtained at zone level for the purpose of profitability analysis concerning new offers in the design phase; collaborate with global Products / Services teams to drive competitive intelligence & develop new ideas.
    • Collaborate with other international and regional Marketing managers in order to share good practices.
    • Manage all operational angles of our “Go-To-Market”, including but not limited to our ITO, CPQ and CRM tools.
    • Develop and support service-specific KOL’s and advisory boards.
    • Develop programs to gather regional evidence of customer success, early adopters, show sites, and clinical evidence where appropriate.
    • Own and manage budget needed to execute commercial Launch and marketing campaigns.
    • Create product training materials and communication plans and train direct /indirect sales channels.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
    • 10 years’ Experience in marketing, product marketing, sales or services preferably in Healthcare.
    • Leadership & influencing skills to shape/lead growth vision and marketing strategy
    • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse cross-functional teams
    • Excellent oral and written communications skills
    • Strong analytical and process skills
