    In this role you will be responsible for:

    Job Description:

    Credit Risk Analyst (Oil)

    • The global department provides credit risk advisory, reporting and macro-economic analysis for the oil & gas division. It requires diligent credit risk, monitoring and counterparty review analysis. This position requires the individual to deliver routine & ad hoc credit risk reporting to the credit risk team and other internal and external stakeholders. Accurate micro- and macro-economic analysis and data collection for numerous types of reports.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct in-depth credit assessments of counterparties, including financial statement analysis, industry and country risk evaluation, and qualitative assessment of business model, including operations, market position and overall management strategy.
    • Assist in setting reviewing credit limits, in collaboration with commercial teams taking into account payment terms, and risk mitigation tools such as collateral, guarantees and or letters of credit.
    • Periodically and ad-hoc macro-economic and sector reporting.
    • Creation and distribution of Credit Risk reporting (bespoke, cross-group and cross-functional) for the Global Function to senior stakeholders.
    • Validating and explaining Credit Risk data generated from our various systems.
    • Maintaining Data Integrity across our various systems.
    • Assisting in the development of new and existing systems, processes and reports
    • Support and assist in developing credit risk evaluation tools (Credit pricing, Stress testing, …).
    • To communicate effectively with senior management and the credit team.
    • Ensure compliance with internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements.
    • Any other ad hoc duties that may be required from time to time.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Risk Management, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
    • Relevant Post graduate qualifications beneficial

    Work experience:         

    • Ideally 1-3 years of Credit Risk management experience but not essential
    • Financial Analysis experience would be beneficial
    • Coding skills in VBA, PowerBI, Python advantageous

    Competencies:

    • Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office (i.e. Access, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and database functionality e.g; forms, templates and logic functions.

    Business Partner (HRD) – Technical

    In this role you will be responsible for: 

    • Coordinate theoretical and practical training interventions in HRD Mining department;
    • Oversee overall operational needs of the department and stakeholders;
    • Report to HRD Snr Business Partner;
    • Design and development of training material;
    • Check that training and assessments are conducted according to relevant guidelines and standards;
    • Confirm that training is of high quality and that training and assessments are conducted within the minimum time frame;
    • Monitor that follow-up training / PTO’s are conducted monthly;
    • Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards and monitor that all employees are familiar with company and legal requirements; and
    • Assist with the compilation of relevant reports and presentations. 

    About you: 

    • Grade 12;
    • NQF level 6 in HR / HRD or ODETDP level 6/ Mining Related Qualification;
    • Blasting Certificate;
    • ISO 9001:2015 Auditing an advantage;
    • A minimum of five (5) years’ technical experience (Mining);
    • Three (3) years supervisory experience;
    • Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); and
    • Strata Control Certificate added advantage.

    Accountant Cost

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Prepare and present monthly cost reports, forecasts, budgets, and financial performance information to management.
    • Conduct cost, variance, and financial analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
    • Facilitate monthly cost review meetings and provide financial guidance to departmental managers and budget holders.
    • Support annual budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and cost allocation processes.
    • Monitor expenditure against approved budgets and drive cost optimisation and efficiency initiatives.

    • Provide system support, user guidance, training, troubleshooting, and governance to finance and business stakeholders.
    • Act as the primary liaison for Concur and AppZen administration, including cardholder onboarding, maintenance, compliance monitoring, and expense management support.
    • Review, investigate, and resolve transactions flagged through compliance monitoring processes and ensure adherence to travel and expense policies.
    • Support internal and external audits by providing accurate financial information, documentation, and audit responses.
    • Ensure compliance with IFRS, ICFR requirements, company policies, financial controls, governance frameworks, and delegated authorities.
    • Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen controls, risk management, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with management, finance teams, business units, auditors, and external service providers.
    • Collaborate across departments to support strategic initiatives, business improvements, and financial performance objectives while promoting accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Relevant NQF 7 level qualification.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in costing or similar in a mining environment.
    • Good knowledge of SAP.
    • Strong analytical and trend analysis capability.
    • Advanced systems and reporting expertise.
    • High attention to detail and data governance mindset.
    • Strong facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
    • Ability to operate across multiple assets and influence without direct authority.

    Artisan Boilermaker - Fixed Term Contract

    In this role you will be responsible for:

    • Repairs on conveyer belts, chutes, aprons, mills, crushers, feeders, magnetic separators.
    • Preventative maintenance service of all plant equipment
    • Fault finding, troubleshooting and root cause failure analysis of equipment breakdown
    • Do developments like lobster bends, cones, and square to round
    • A section of the plant will be allocated to the respective boilermaker
    • Ensuring availability of equipment spares for his/her responsible section.
