Coordinate theoretical and practical training interventions in HRD Mining department;
Oversee overall operational needs of the department and stakeholders;
Report to HRD Snr Business Partner;
Design and development of training material;
Check that training and assessments are conducted according to relevant guidelines and standards;
Confirm that training is of high quality and that training and assessments are conducted within the minimum time frame;
Monitor that follow-up training / PTO’s are conducted monthly;
Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures and standards and monitor that all employees are familiar with company and legal requirements; and
Assist with the compilation of relevant reports and presentations.
About you:
Grade 12;
NQF level 6 in HR / HRD or ODETDP level 6/ Mining Related Qualification;
Blasting Certificate;
ISO 9001:2015 Auditing an advantage;
A minimum of five (5) years’ technical experience (Mining);
Three (3) years supervisory experience;
Computer literate (MS Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); and
