    Superintendent Environmental Management

    Minimum Requirements:

    • BSc degree in Natural Sciences, Environmental Management or equivalent qualification
    • ISO14001 Internal Auditor Certificate and ArcGIS Pro Standard Certificate
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience in tactical delivery of Environmental Management practice within the mining sector and an established specialist in leading water, biodiversity, waste, air, climate change, rehabilitation and related environmental management elements

    Drill and Blast Engineer

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering or relevant field
    • At least 5 years’ experience in underground bulk mechanised mining, specifically on Longhole stoping or similar bulk production drilling and charge-up operations
    • Be in possession of a Blasting Ticket for Scheduled Mines or Rock Breaker’s certificate

    • Conduct Ring drilling, timing and blasting performance modelling and adjustment according to ground conditions in consultation with the Geotechnical Engineer
    • Develop a sense of continuois improvement by streamlining drill and blast processes which will increase productivity, quality and compliance

    Supervisor Fraud Investigation

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or NQF L4 equivalent qualification 
    • Have a Grade “A” certificate in security, registered with the Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority (PSIRA)
    • Fraud investigations certificate or diploma
    • 5-10 years’ experience as a fraud investigator in a specialised investigation unit, of which 5 years should have preferably been in the mining and/or corporate environment
    • Working knowledge of South African Police Services as well as the judicial process

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Proficient in basic Backfill and Gold plant operations with at least 2 years practical experience in related environment

    Senior Specialist Security Operations

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification

    Processor Metallurgy

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • A minimum of 3 years Backfill/Metallurgical operations experience
    • Computer Literate (Office packages, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Oversee and monitor the effectiveness of sampling activities by Operators ensuring that results are submitted to the laboratory for analysis
    • Prepare for and conduct planned task observations to ensure safe handover of units for maintenance activities
    • Supervise the effective availability and utilization of equipment and materials to ensure achievement of daily production activities and targets

    Instrument Technician

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • National N Diploma (Instrumentation) or National Diploma in Electrical light current or equivalent
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience with at least 2 years’ experience on installation and maintenance of process control equipment

    Section Surveyor UG

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent
    • National Diploma or Degree in Mining Survey or Mineral Resource Management or related discipline
    • Professional membership with SAGC and/or IMSSA
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Mine surveying with at least 3 years in a Senior Surveying position

    • Oversee the Survey information recording systems and relevant data backup to maintain accuracy and integrity
