    Graphic Designer

    Job Overview:

    • Our client is seeking a creative, motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content for digital displays, print and social media while ensuring that all designs meet client briefs, brand guidelines and company standards.
    • The role requires someone who can manage multiple projects, work to deadlines, respond effectively to feedback and collaborate closely with clients, designers and internal teams.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience, or a relevant Degree.
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects) AND Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel)
    • Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, branding and visual communication.
    • Experience designing content for digital displays, social media and print.
    • Ability to accurately interpret and execute client briefs and brand guidelines.
    • Excellent attention to detail and strong creative ability.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
    • Strong communication and organisational skills.
    • Ability to accept feedback and work collaboratively within a team.
    • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Create and format creative content for digital displays, print and social media.
    • Follow client briefs, brand guidelines and company design standards.
    • Prepare proofs, mock-ups and presentations and implement feedback and revisions.
    • Ensure all designs are accurate, high-quality and ready for publishing.
    • Manage design files, assets, tickets and publishing information.
    • Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams and escalate issues when required.
    • Manage multiple projects, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
    • Stay current with design trends, tools and best practices.
    • Contribute creative ideas, process improvements and support the wider design team.

    Property & Finance Administrator

    Job Overview:

    • Are you an experienced Property Administrator, Conveyancing Administrator, Financial Administrator, Credit Administrator or Accounts Administrator looking to move into financial services?
    • Our client is looking for a highly organised and financially literate Property & Finance Administrator to support the credit team with property-related transactions, financial documentation, deal administration and bridging finance.
    • Previous bridging finance experience is not essential – training will be provided. Candidates with property, conveyancing, credit or financial administration experience are encouraged to apply.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Matric
    • 3+ years' experience in administration, property, conveyancing, financial administration, credit administration, bookkeeping or a similar role
    • Strong administration and organisational skills
    • Good financial literacy and comfortable working with numbers
    • Experience working with bank statements, invoices and financial documentation
    • Good Excel skills, including basic formulas, sorting and reconciliations
    • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluent Afrikaans and strong English communication skills, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate regularly with Afrikaans-speaking clients.
    • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information
    • Own reliable transport
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

    Relevant Experience:

    • Experience in any of the following will be highly advantageous:
    • Property administration / conveyancing
    • Property transfers and transaction documentation
    • Property finance or property accounts
    • Credit or financial administration
    • Banking or lending administration
    • Debtors, creditors or bookkeeping
    • Invoice processing and financial records
    • Understanding payments, proceeds and transaction flows
    • FICA/KYC documentation

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the credit team and directors
    • Gather, check and maintain client, property and deal documentation
    • Prepare and maintain deal files, trackers and electronic records
    • Assist with property-backed and bridging finance transactions
    • Capture and organise information from bank statements, invoices, purchase orders and debtor/creditor records
    • Perform basic reconciliations, data checks and verification
    • Follow up on outstanding documentation and information
    • Assist with preparing information for credit assessments and credit committee packs
    • Maintain accurate and confidential client and transaction records
    • Provide general administrative, diary and meeting support when required
    • Use Microsoft 365/SharePoint and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve efficiency

    Ideal Candidate

    • The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented, financially literate and comfortable working with confidential documentation and transactions.
    • Someone who has worked in property/conveyancing and has financial exposure, or in credit/financial administration with strong administrative ability, would be particularly well suited.
    • Previous bridging finance experience is not required – training will be provided.

    Executive Assistant

    Job Overview: 

    • Our client, an established company operating in the commercial and industrial renewable energy sector, is looking for a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director.
    • The successful candidate will provide executive, administrative and coordination support to the MD, managing his diary, meetings, correspondence, documentation, follow-ups and key administrative requirements.
    • This role is suited to someone who is independent, proactive and able to anticipate what needs to be done without constant direction. The ability to manage priorities, follow through on actions and work confidently with senior stakeholders is essential.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Matric / Grade 12
    • 3–5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
    • Previous experience supporting a Managing Director, CEO or senior executive.
    • Strong administrative, organisational and coordination skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
    • Excellent diary and meeting management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
    • Ability to work independently and take ownership.
    • Professional and confident when dealing with clients, suppliers and senior stakeholders.

    • Experience in engineering, renewable energy, solar, construction, technical or professional services.
    • Experience coordinating website content and LinkedIn posts.
    • Experience preparing presentations, reports and meeting minutes.

    Duties, but not limited to:

    • Manage the Managing Director's diary, appointments, meetings, emails and correspondence.
    • Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare agendas, presentations, reports and meeting documentation.
    • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items, deadlines and outstanding matters.
    • Draft, format and review correspondence, reports, proposals and company documentation.
    • Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems and manage important company documentation.
    • Prepare administrative reports, schedules and supporting information.
    • Act as a professional point of contact between the MD, clients, suppliers, business partners and internal staff.
    • Coordinate communication and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Coordinate website updates and weekly LinkedIn posts with the external service provider.
    • Ensure information and digital content is accurate and aligned with company requirements.
    • Handle confidential company and executive information with discretion.
    • Assist the MD with ad hoc projects and changing priorities.
    • Proactively identify outstanding matters or potential issues and ensure they are followed through to completion.
    • Assist with improving administrative processes and systems where appropriate
