    Senior Manager Financial Services

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Group Manager Financial Services, the incumbent will play an integral part in managing the credit risk for the group within a region. You will be a subject matter expert, managing the credit approval process, corporate governance compliance and the credit pipeline activities for specific portfolios. Responsibilities include proper implementation of the credit system and the presentation of credit related reports. Cultivate good relationships with customers and trade to expand the business.

    Minimum Requirements

    • BCom degree with financial subjects
    • 6 years related experience in an agricultural retail sector
    • Ability to effectively communicate and/or negotiate with high level of proficiency at all levels
    • Extensive knowledge of credit management processes and controls

    Minimum Requirements

    Job Specification

    • Reporting to the Senior Manager Procurement, the incumbent will be responsible for monitoring supplier pricing to, and the impact on business. Analyse sales data and location impact on sales. Gather competitor pricing data. Develop strategic selling price structure. Continuously monitor price change impact on sales. Monitor and experiment with price elasticity. Continuous optimization (Pricing vs Sales).

    Minimum Requirements

    • B.Eng. (Engineering) degree or Bachelor’s degree with Honours specialising in Data Science / Analytics
    • Advanced level Microsoft Excel proficiency
    • Blue Yonder (JDA) Planning experience will be an advantage
    • The ideal candidate must be willing to work long hours during peak times
