We are looking for an Operations Excellence Executive to join our Exco team and lead this journey – shaping how our people, technology, and data drive growth, efficiency, and market leadership.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Agrimark Operations Ltd, you will serve on the executive committee and deliver operational excellence, customer-focused innovation, and measurable growth – making a lasting impact on the business and the broader sector.

Minimum Requirements

• B Degree (Commerce, Administration, Accounting, or Engineering). A postgraduate qualification will be an advantage.
• 10 + years proven experience in strategic planning, financial management, team leadership, and operational excellence.
• Strong business acumen, communication skills, analytical thinking, and executive presence.
• Proven experience with Retail/Operational ERP systems and advanced capabilities in MS Office and modern project and data management tools.
• A track record of leading high-impact projects and digital transformation initiatives across complex business models
