    Area Sales Manager-Limpopo

    Fraud Investigator

    Job Description

    • A vacancy exists for a Fraud Investigator within the Kazang – Merchant Division.
    • The primary focus of the role is to execute fraud detection and resolution activities with high accuracy and efficiency while guiding processes and workstreams related to specific fraud categories.
    • The role supports business growth by protecting revenue and customer trust.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor transactional alerts and trends for potential fraud.
    • Investigate flagged transactions and customer complaints.
    • Collaborate with acquiring partners and internal teams to resolve fraud cases.
    • Investigate transaction disputes and provide timely feedback within SLA timelines.
    • Communicate chargeback outcomes to merchants and ensure recovery of funds due to Kazang.

    Junior Scrum Master

    Job Description

    • A vacancy exists for a Junior Scrum Master within the Kazang – Micro Merchant Division, based in Cape Town on a hybrid work model.

    Role Summary

    • The Junior Scrum Master is responsible for supporting and facilitating Agile delivery within a dedicated squad.
    • This role operates independently with one squad while receiving guidance and coaching from the Head of Agile to ensure alignment with delivery standards and Agile best practices. This is a development-focused role with defined career progression.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinements)
    • Conduct capacity planning and maintain sprint boards, dashboards, and Agile metrics (velocity tracker, burndown charts, sprint closure reports)
    • Support backlog readiness and sprint execution in collaboration with the Product Manager
    • Track sprint progress using Agile metrics
    • Promote Agile mindset and continuous improvement within the squad
    • Identify and escalate blockers, risks, or delivery challenges
    • Maintain transparent communication and reporting to stakeholders
    • Build and maintain a productive, collaborative, and psychologically safe team environment

    Requirements

    • 0–1 year of experience in a Scrum Master or Agile delivery support role
    • Understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework
    • Ability to independently facilitate Scrum ceremonies
    • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
    • Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills
    • Growth mindset and willingness to receive coaching and feedback
    • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory
