    HR Officer

    • A long-established global transport, logistics and supply chain organisation is seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide a comprehensive, on-site human resources service to its inland warehousing and road transport operations. The position covers the full HR lifecycle, including HR and payroll administration, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, talent and change management, benefits administration and employee relations.     Minimum Requirements:

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Financial Controller

    • A growing South African consumer products business operating within the fast-paced FMCG and distribution sector is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to take ownership of its financial administration function. Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role within the management team, with particular responsibility for debtors management, cash-flow discipline, financial controls, reporting and process automation.     Minimum Requirements:

    • Relevant BCom in Accounting or Finance, National Diploma in Financial Management, or equivalent qualification, with at least five years’ financial management, financial control or senior financial administration experience.

    International Payroll Coordinator | Associate

    • A growing international organisation operating across legal, finance and global payroll services is expanding its international payroll team. The business works with a diverse client base spanning multiple countries, delivering payroll processing, compliance and advisory services. Alongside those offerings, the team handles HR and employment law coordination, working closely with in-country specialists and partners across Europe and beyond to ensure that every payroll outcome is accurate, compliant and on time. This is a fully remote role based in South Africa, with genuine cross-border exposure from day one.
    • This is not a high-volume processing role. Think of it more as the central nervous system of an international payroll operation, where your value lies in keeping multiple moving parts aligned, making sure nothing slips through the cracks, and knowing exactly when to act, when to escalate and when to loop in a legal specialist. The successful candidate will collate and quality-check payroll data, manage client communication over email and Teams, liaise with in-country partners across European markets, and coordinate HR and employment law matters including terminations that carry strict country-specific requirements. Local legislative expertise lives with the in-country specialists, so the focus here is on execution, coordination, judgement and client outcomes.

    Minimum Requirements

    • A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, tax or payroll is required
    • CIMA, SAIPA, AGA or CA qualification is advantageous but not essential
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, payroll or a closely related field, broadly equivalent to a newly qualified SAIPA clerk
    • Prior hands-on experience with payroll processing, including preparing payroll journal entries

    Key Responsibilities

    Mechanical Project Engineer

    • Seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Engineer to support the design, execution and successful delivery of mechanical engineering projects across South Africa and the African continent.
    • This is a hands-on role combining mechanical design, project engineering, fault-finding, client engagement and on-site project support. The successful candidate will be involved in projects from initial planning and design through to installation, commissioning and final handover.
    • The role is suited to a committed and driven Mechanical Engineer looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing engineering environment. Experience working with industrial rotating equipment, including gearboxes, turbines and blowers, will be highly advantageous.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • 3 - 5 years’ experience as a mechanical engineering and/or project engineering specific to rotating equipment
    • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Inventor – essential
    • Experience supporting or managing mechanical projects from design through to commissioning
    • Confident communicating directly with clients, contractors and senior stakeholders
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities
    • Experience with rotating equipment such as industrial gearboxes, turbines or blowers highly advantageous
    • Willing and able to travel nationally and across Africa for approximately four to six weeks per project
    • Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team

    • Assist with mechanical engineering design and the development of practical technical solutions
    • Produce and review mechanical drawings using Autodesk Inventor

    • Monitor project progress, technical requirements, quality standards and deadlines
    • Prepare technical reports, project documentation, progress updates and client feedback

    • An established civil engineering and construction organisation specialising in earthworks and infrastructure development is seeking a reliable and adaptable Office Administrator to join its team in Silverton, Pretoria. The position will primarily focus on procuring materials, coordinating the booking of materials, plant and equipment, and taking ownership of stores and stock management once trained. The successful candidate must be organised, accurate, professionally presented and willing to learn additional administrative functions to support teamwork and business continuity.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 / Matric
    • Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
    • Minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience within the construction industry

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Procure materials, fittings, parts and stock required for construction projects and daily operations
    • Source suitable suppliers and obtain the necessary information for purchasing decisions
    • Coordinate the booking and availability of materials, plant, machinery and equipment for construction sites
    • Source, rent and purchase plant, equipment and materials required for new and existing construction sites
    • Liaise with suppliers and follow up on quotations, orders, deliveries and outstanding items
    • Liaise with Directors and relevant team members regarding stock, materials, plant and equipment requirements
    • Take ownership of the stores and stock management function once fully trained
    • Monitor stock levels and arrange replenishment when required
    • Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued and available

    • Learn additional administrative functions over time, including job card administration and safety administration
    • Cross-train in other office responsibilities to provide support when operational cover is required
    • Manage procurement and stores responsibilities while assisting with other administrative duties when needed
    • Represent the organisation professionally when dealing with suppliers, colleagues and external stakeholders
