THE OPPORTUNITY

• As the Senior Digital Implementation Specialist, you’ll drive the successful execution of investor portal projects for our enterprise clients in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. This role demands a unique blend of technical prowess, leadership, and client engagement skills. It’s an exceptional opportunity for a technical individual who has transitioned into client-facing and management roles, as you’ll leverage both your deep technical expertise and your ability to manage client relationships and lead teams to deliver outstanding results. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Delivery Ownership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of investor portal projects, ensuring timely completion and exceeding client expectations.
• Technical Leadership: Oversee the development of custom portal components, drawing on your front-end development expertise, including WordPress and related technologies.
• Tailored Solutions: Use Kurtosys Studio and standardised components to craft customised solutions that meet specific client needs, all while adhering to strict timelines.
• Integration Management: Handle complex integrations with upstream and downstream systems, such as ETL processes and SSO setups, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with client goals, rallying the team to deliver top-quality work in a fast-paced and solution driven environment.
• Client Partnership: Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, offering expert advice and maintaining strong relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team Inspiration: Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and resilience to meet demanding schedules and client needs.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5-10 years prior software development experience, with exposure to front-end technologies and client portals. 15 years career experience, with recent experience in client facing and managerial roles, preferably in financial services, and a proven track record of success
• Technical Expertise: Experience in solution architecture, particularly in designing and implementing complex portal and website solutions. This includes a strong background in front-end and back-end development, RESTful APIs and backend integration and familiarity with cloud computing technologies is essential.
• Integration Knowledge: Proven ability to manage data integrations (e.g., ETL, SSO), with experience in Salesforce or Snowflake being a bonus.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects. This includes the ability to mentor and guide development teams, motivating under pressure; managing client relationships, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects for enterprise clients.
• Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, multitasking, and organisational abilities to excel in a dynamic, client-driven
• environment.
• Mindset: A must-have: Deadline-driven, proactive, and thrive in high-pressure situations, delivering exceptional results when the stakes are high.
• Travel: Our clients are in Europe and North America. You may be required to travel to meet with clients from time to time, so the ability to secure Visas to the USA, Canada, UK, and the Schengen Zone is required.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

• We are seeking an experienced IT Engineer to join our internal IT Team who are responsible for office IT and infrastructure (including network) and staff devices.
• You will be expected to acquire, install or upgrade hardware and software; provide routine automation; maintain security policies; manage deployment processes; troubleshoot issues; train and/or supervise staff or technical support in projects and contribute to internal documentation for any activity they are involved in.

YOU WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• JIRA for ticket resolution related to customer hosting and company issues· Exceptionally good communication skills, both verbally and written (part of a global team)
• Management of operating system and hardware inventory with reporting for licensing and financial controls
• Installing software updates and OS management in a consistent manner· Review of network performance, collection of performance data for analysis
• Using of logging and monitoring systems
• Routine maintenance, patch management
• Managing Change Control and Deployment processes
• Configuration of corporate office network components in a consistent manner
• Management of inventory covering physical and virtual devices
• JIRA Agile project work and internal group issue resolution

THE NON-NEGOTIABLES:

• Professional Experience in Cloud Networking, AWS , GCP or Azure
• Experience of networks involving several offices and data centres in different countries
• Microsoft 365 Suite Management
• Windows Server (Active Directory)
• T Security Concepts
• College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or similar technical discipline, or provable experience on such a level
• CCNP and CCNP Security certification or equivalent or any Cisco experience is a nice to have
