    Clinical Facilitator

    Description

    • Assess staff competence according to company standards
    • Plan, prepare, implement, and manage the education and training requirements
    • Support and facilitate staff and students to reach specific learning objectives
    • Incorporate standard technology aids/tools to enhance the learning experience and to up skill learners in the use of medical equipment
    • Assist with the review of all Nursing documentation as and when requested
    • Implement and maintain the standard patient documentation
    • Seek to create opportunities for identifying and leveraging high potential learners by setting challenging learning channels
    • Take corrective measures to improve skills

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Professional Nursing Qualification (Registered with SANC)
    • Knowledge of scope of practice of all Nursing categories as well as the regulations of the SANC
    • Nursing Education and/or Assessorship qualification as a recommendation
    • Previous experience as an educator / facilitator / mentor would be advantageous
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational and problem-solving skills
    • Commitment to initiate and implement continuous improvement projects
    • An established interest in staff development
    • A critical aptitude with regard to patient quality care
    • Excellent MS Office computer skills, i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, Kronos, etc.
    • Own transport 
    • Occasional night duty

    Senior Chef

    Description

    • Ensure the effective operation of the kitchens and departmental functions through the provision of team management and service delivery
    • Ensure the quality, presentation, consistency and taste of all meals
    • Plan and prioritize workload and tasks effectively for self and subordinates
    • Maintain appropriate hygiene standards of the workstations and kitchen at all times
    • Ensure that specifications are correct according to the standard recipes
    • Ensure daily and meals and food for functions are prepared timeously
    • Ensure the correct accompaniments and condiments are served with all meals
    • Control production costs, i.e. no over production, and use of leftovers
    • Develop direct reports as well as to provide training and development of subordinates in maintaining positive patient experience
    • Assist the Assistant Catering Manager with menus, creativity and innovation
    • Assist with the service and presentation of meals
    • Support Catering Manager in managing costs and budget

    Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • National Diploma in Culinary Arts or any other relevant qualification
    • Oversee the preparation and cooking of all meals served by the Catering Department as per the standard recipes, production schedules and cycle menus of the group
    • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a Senior/ Executive Chef position, functioning in a medium-sized kitchen, within a similar environment 
    • Must have excellent plating and presentation skills
    • Great attention to detail and creativity
    • Thorough knowledge of cookery terminology and preparation methods
    • Knowledge of Halaal dietary needs and cultural requirements and constraints
    • Ability to train, develop & upskill staff
    • Strong organizational and leadership skills, coupled with the ability to adjust to change at short notice
    • Knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene practices

    Hospital Manager PA

    Description

    • Proficiency in procurement or any related procurement systems
    • Diary and Email Management of Senior Management team at Hospital level
    • Internal and external stakeholder liaison between Senior Executive members/shareholders/ Doctors and middle management and/or patient (or related family members)
    • Monthly and weekly reporting as required
    • Perform secretarial and other administrative duties, including detailed MANCO minute taking, filing, data capturing, etc
    • Assist with ad hoc duties as and when required
    • Adhere to company policy and procedures, maintain confidentiality and compliance with POPI

    Requirements

    • Matric
    • National Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or Secretarial qualification or any other relevant qualification
    • Proven experience of 2-3 years within a professional, client facing environment dealing with executive /senior management and clients
    • Previous hospital experience is advantageous
    • Driver’s License is advantageous
    • Computer literacy essential
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management abilities;
    • Friendly disposition and sound interpersonal skills with the ability to handle conflict situations
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
