    Social Media Advertising Specialist

    Introduction

    • We’re looking for a sharp, Social Media Advertising Specialist to lead paid and organic social strategy across multiple brands (internal and external) and advertising campaigns. This role blends creative storytelling, platform expertise, audience growth, and most importantly performance marketing and content monetisation.

    Job description

    • Develop Lead social media strategy across all major platforms
    • Monetise social media channels (YouTube Advertising, Meta Business , X, Tik Tok ads  manager) and inform content producers with most viable types of content that aligns with  higher revenue.
    • Drive audience growth, engagement, and campaign performance
    • Oversee paid social advertising and budget allocation
    • Manage content calendars, creators, and community engagement
    • Analyse performance data and optimise campaigns
    • Collaborate with creative, editorial, sales, and client teams

    Minimum requirements

    • 4 years experience in social media and digital advertising
    • Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, X, and YouTube
    • Experience managing paid social campaigns and reporting
    • Excellent content, trend, and platform instincts
    • Leadership and team management experience

    Sales and Admin Intern

    Introduction

    • Novus Print Gauteng seeks to appoint a diligent Sales and Admin Intern in the Sales Department. This position is based in City Deep, Johannesburg. This opportunity is ideal for a student studying towards a qualification and requires in service training/work exposure for a period of 12months. Please note this is an internship program, therefore stipend remuneration will apply.

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

    • Provide administrative services to all Account Executives, Estimating and Sales Representatives
    • Checking and distributing of documents and correspondence
    • Typing, filling, copying, scanning, binding and managing documents and correspondence
    • Ensure the building of strong internal relationships
    • Assisting Sales Representatives with sales cycle related administration to ensure efficient workflow
    • Assisting with booking in of jobs, following up on the progress of production and communication to customers and the sales force
    • Distribution and delivery of jobs including outwork
    • Assisting and ensure seamless information flow and effective relationships between Accounts Executives, Sales representatives and production departments

    Minimum requirements

    • Relevant tertiary qualification
    • 1 Years’ admin experience advantageous
    • Graduate or final year student
