    Senior Director Technical Product Owner – SAP SuccessFactors (Compensation, Performance and Reward

    • We are seeking a Senior Director Technical Product Owner (PO) with a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation, Performance and Reward and a broad understanding of compensation and reward strategies.
    • This role acts as a strategic translator, bridging business requirements and technical implementations. The ideal candidate will engage with technology vendors and guide technical teams, ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the link between business stakeholders and technical implementation teams, translating business needs into actionable vision and delivery roadmap.
    • Act as trusted technical advisor to the business and drive strategic thinking around compensation, performance and reward solutions and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Act as liaison with vendor teams to understand product strategy and translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
    • Provide exploration and guidance to technical teams during implementation phases on SAP SuccessFactors.
    • Maintain a broad understanding of payroll, compensation, reward and performance processes

    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors, specifically in Compensation Management, Variable Pay and Performance & Goals or related modules.
    • Strong understanding of compensation and reward strategies, benefits, and incentive programs.
    • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
    • Solid technical acumen with strong knowledge of SSF solutions
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to guide and influence technical teams.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience working with technology vendors in compensation and reward domain.
    • Experience of large scale technology transformation projects
    • Previous experience in a Product Owner or similar role within HR technology.

    TS Implementation Engineer (L3)

    • The Networking Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for providing technical support to clients.
    • This role is able to compile technical specifications in a clear, concise, unambiguous manner to explain the advantages and disadvantages of options leading to the final solution and are able to create alternative solutions as backup planning.
    • This role works towards professional to expert level certification, whilst at the same time developing business knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Interacts with clients on site and remote to meet complex requirements of a solution.
    • Escalates unresolved problems and issues to the relevant third parties.
    • Responds to escalated client requests.
    • Escalates complex problems to the relevant third parties.
    • Writes reports and proposals and completes and maintains project documentation.
    • Assists with the documentation of standard operating procedures relating to installations and fixes.
    • Acts as coach and mentor to more junior Implementation Engineers and Technicians.
    • Assumes responsibility for the coordination of the activities of the junior Engineers, in line with performance targets.
    • Included in higher complexity design work, with input to the design expected.
    • Expected to take ownership of relevant technologies according to domain or specialization.
    • Performs any other related task as required.

    Knowledge and Attributes:

    • Seasoned understanding and appreciation of technical design and business principles.
    • Seasoned project fundamental and administration ability.
    • Seasoned project skills which are demonstrated in the execution of installations and other assignments.
    • Excellent customer engagement skills
    • Demonstrate relevant domain specialist knowledge.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.

    Academic Qualification and Certifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or a related field.
    • Professional level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco CCNP
    • Aruba ACSP or ACP would be advantageous
    • F5 BIG-LTM 301A&B would be advantageous
    • Cisco Meraki Solutions Specialist would be advantageous
    • Cisco Dev Net certification would be advantageous

    Required experience:

    • Minimum 6–8-years implementation experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.
    • Cisco Routing, Switching and Wireless skills are essential.
    • Cisco Meraki Routing, Switching, Wireless & SDWAN skills advantages
    • Cisco Viptela SDWAN skills would be advantageous
    • Cisco Datacentre – Nexus skills would be advantageous
    • Cisco Catalyst Centre skills would be advantageous
    • F5 Big – IP Server Load Balancing skills would be advantageous
    • InfoBlox DDI(IPAM) skills would be advantageous
    • Ekahau – Wireless surveys skills would be advantageous
    • Seasoned work experience in technical implementation engineering, specific to Networking technologies.
    • Seasoned experience engaging with clients and conducting presentations.
    • Seasoned report writing experience.
    • Seasoned project management
    • Seasoned experience in Networking technologies such as routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers
    • Seasoned experience in diagnosis and troubleshooting
