    Product Planner

    Job Description    

    • AYANA, a division of Pepkor Trading, is seeking a highly motivated Product Planner to join our team. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing business plans that drive success for our Brand’s Ladieswear merchandise strategies.

    Qualifications    

    • Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance/Commerce/Accounting/Statistics/Cost and Management Accounting.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience    

    • 3+ Years of product planning experience within relevant retail environment
    • Knowledge of stock control and distribution
    • Knowledge of the retail merchandise cycle with regards to Buying
    • Advanced knowledge of G-Suite, Excel and the MS office Packages
    • Knowledge of seasonal and non-seasonal replenishments
    • Excellent Planning and Organizing skills
    • Strong time management skills
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with business objectives, considering factors such as inflation and profit margins.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortment, inventory levels, and financial performance.
    • Create and manage sales budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business goals.
    • Conduct in-depth sales performance analyses to identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation.
    • Prepare and present financial reports on a monthly basis.
    • Oversee and mentor a team of Store Planners and Trainees to achieve performance goals.
    • Foster strong relationships with suppliers and retail stores.
    • Collaborate with buying and design teams to optimize product selection based on market trends and customer demand.
    • Conduct post-season analyses to inform future product decisions.
    • Optimize inventory levels to balance stock availability and markdown risks.
    • Proactively manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) to ensure financial targets are met.

    Digital Marketing Coordinator

    Job Description    

    • Join an invincible Marketing team as a Digital Marketing Coordinator and drive success for Refinery! This exciting opportunity is responsible for the implementation, tracking, and optimization of marketing campaigns across all digital channels as well as managing & enhancing all digital platforms including the website.     Qualifications    

    • Tertiary qualification in a related Marketing or Digital diploma/degree

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience    

    • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar field of overall digital marketing coordination 
    • Working knowledge & experience of Search Ads, Display, Meta & Instagram Ads, Email & Analytics is a prerequisite.
    • Previously Managing a website/product uploads & timelines (Shopify advantageous)
    • Paid media (Meta, Google, Tiktok) - understanding of different channels, paid media channel data reading, ad specs, objectives, etc 
    • Understanding Google Analytics 4 - key metrics, tracking 
    • Direct Marketing co-ordination (SMS, Email, UTM Tracking)
    • Working with agencies & managing timelines
    • Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Coordination & product uploads on e-commerce sites for multiple brands. 
    • Management of the website & production timelines & everything involved with managing the website
    • Design & implement SMS & Email and paid media campaigns.
    • Execute, Implement, and track all digital marketing campaigns and/or briefs.
    • Communicate with Landlords on behalf of brands for monthly campaigns, artwork and marketing opportunities.
    • Track, analyse and report marketing campaigns performance on regular bases.
    • Ensure the front-facing loyalty program website is always up to date.

    Job Description    

    • An exciting and challenging opportunity has become available for a Super Store Manager within Tekkie Town, Centurion, leading a team of staff. This role will report directly to the Area Sales Manager of Tekkie Town. Our ideal candidate should be based in Pretoria or surrounding areas.

    • Fluent (written and verbal) in English and another official South African language relevant.

    • Excellent customer service and rapport building skills.
    • A strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
    • Has a high energy level and is performance – driven?
    • Excellent planning, organizing and time management skills.
    • Ability to remain flexible, maintain a positive attitude and work performance in a variety of circumstances.
    • Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player.
    • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities.
    • Ability to lead and drive a team.
    • Own transport and a valid driver’s license would be an advantage.

    Key Responsibilities    

    • Responsible for turnover and budgets ensuring that targets are met.
    • Ensuring the Store’s Administration is in line with the Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Ensuring that stock losses are under the benchmark.
    • Effectively implement Promotions, visual merchandising principles and maintain standards of the store.
    • Keeping updated with the latest trends in terms of stock coming in (unpacking process).
    • The ability to ensure that brand standards are implemented & maintained in line with customer expectations.
    • Our Super Store Managers play an active part in the succession planning, coaching, and developing their own team.
    • Ensure all employees adhere to the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Nurturing and driving the Tekkie Town culture and values within the store.
    • Responsible for opening and closing of the store.
