• Generating work orders
• Maintain current filing structure
• Client Invoicing 
• Update and Control Measuring points
• Generating Weekly Reports
• Management of Backlog
• Ordering of spares
• Attendance of maintenance meetings and take minutes

Minimum Requirements    

• Minimum Engineering Qualification
• Solid Sales track record and references
• Condition Monitoring experience will be advantageous
• Mechanical Engineering working experience or apprenticeship
• Willing to travel
• No criminal record
• Minimum of 5 years working sales experience in a technical field
• Sales qualification will be advantageous

Duties & Responsibilities    

• New Business Development and Sales for Products / services consulting and training and to expand Martec Sales within al market sectors 
• Sales Strategy for specific market sectors where applicable
• Identification and contacting new and existing clients
• Scheduling meetings and cold calling related to Sales functions
• Submission of Quotes, tenders or RFQ's 
• Customer relationship management including sales, debtors and client relationship management
• Sales administration and opportunity tracking
• Networking at Industry related events
• Scope Identification and design were applicable
• The ability to achieve sales target
• The ability to network and build a personal profile in the industry

Minimum Requirements    

• Relevant Tertiary Qualification | B Eng/ BScEng Degree, B Tech Degree or N Diploma (Industrial/ Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electrical)
• 1 to 3 years practical experience in manufacturing/ consulting/ utilities industries
• Basic knowledge of asset management and reliability engineering
• Advanced MS Excel application and knowledge
• Exposure and understanding of to Project Management methodology (whether applied or completed in a formal course)
• Advantageous: Minimum 1 year experience in On Key or similar EAMS system 

Duties & Responsibilities    

• Develop and implement Asset Management business processes to support an effective asset management system for your client
• Identify opportunities for improving your client's asset management system and utilise a structured problem solving methodology to implement solutions
• Present asset management training and develop training material and course content
• Identify required reports to measure and improve business processes
• Deliver ad-hoc client support, training and projects 
• Maintain project deliverables according to to service level agreements 
• Manage and improve clients work management processes 
• Compile reports and chair monthly asset management feedback meetings 
• Deliver strategic asset management improvement plan
