    Transport Admin Clerk

    Purpose of the job

    • To complete all administration, capture all transport related data for input to KPI reports, assist on site in the absence of the transport controller and to log vehicle breakdowns to the FML call Centre.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance and servicing of fleet
    • Fleet control
    • Fleet returns
    • Fleet utilisation
    • Tyre stock control
    • Insurance claims
    • Creditors
    • Fines and traffic violation control
    • Capturing of vehicle fuel consumption
    • Ordering and generate order numbers from system
    • Ensure Traffic Fines are redirected to drivers’ name
    • Prepare Invoices for payment
    • Report vehicle accidents timelessly
    • Ensures monthly kilometres remain within contractual limits
    • Maintains cleaning register and ensures vehicle cleaning in terms of outsourced contract
    • Maintain Co-Driver information system and extract relevant information

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

    Experience Requirements    

    • 3 Years’ experience in Transport administration preferably in the FMCG

    Packing Quality Attendant

    Job Purpose

    • Manage, support and lead quality improvement online.

    Responsibilities:

    • Food Safety Management (foreign objects inspections, pest control inspections, staff and plant hygiene inspections, Food safety incidents reporting).
    • Quality Control management – packed batch samples collection and submission at the lab.
    • Inspections/Verification – product quality checks, hygiene and housekeeping, scale verifications and product weight checks.
    • Date coding and operator sheet checks and verifications.
    • Product sampling and collection of retention samples.
    • Allergen and general environmental swabbing.
    • Monitoring and inspection of CCP’s, OPRP’s and CP’s.
    • On the job training of general staff.

    Qualification Requirements    

    • Matric
    • National Diploma in Food Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field
    • Computer literacy.

    Experience Requirements    

    • GMP, HACCP and Supplier Quality Assurance experience
    • Knowledge and or experience of FSSC 22000 will be advantageous.
    • 2-years’ experience in the FMCG industry will be advantageous

    Operational Accountant

    Main Purpose:

    • As an Operational Finance Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial functions within our operations. This role involves ensuring financial controls, accurate record-keeping, and comprehensive reporting to mitigate risks.

    Job Objectives:

    Ensuring financial integrity, transparency, and compliance by:

    • Initiating and maintaining company procedures and policies related to administration and finance
    • Manage financial risks, and oversee financial month-end activities up to the trial balance.
    • Reviewing and reporting on balance sheet reconciliations.
    • Compiling necessary reports within established deadlines.

    Optimising financial performance and resource allocation by:

    Ensure optimal performance of the operational finance team through:

    • Attracting, retaining and developing talent
    • Contracting performance targets and coaching for improvement
    • Engaging and communicating with the team as needed via meetings and Invocoms
    • Regular auditing and corrective action with the relevant parties
    • Ongoing training on SOP’s and technology related changes

      Support accurate cost allocation and reporting by:

    • Checking accuracy of time and attendance records
    • Approvals of overtimes by site management
    • Checking adherence to overtime rules in line with BCEA
    • Ensuring correct cost allocations

    Transport Assistant Tire

    Purpose of the job: 

    • Assist to manage and avoid break-downs and operate smooth running fleet

    Cost Accountant

    Main Objectives

    • The purpose of the Cost Accountant role is to manage the full stock control function and operational efficiencies to mitigate stock losses in collaboration with relevant site HOD’s.

    Key Responsibilities

    • To provide a cost management service to the management team in respect of deviation reporting along with waste elimination opportunities.
    • To determine and manage cost accounting procedures and methods in order to accurately account for costs per product.
    • To perform stock reconciliation, reporting and investigation of variances to initiate corrective action on a daily basis
    • To ensure accurate recording and reporting of stock information through compilation of financial journals and balance sheet reconciliations on monthly basis.
    • To check for adherence to and continuous improvements of Standard Operating Procedures relating to stock control on all site and route locations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
    • To participate in the preparation of annual budgets as needed by the Site Accountant/Bakery Manager.
    • To guide and advise Sales Managers regarding route viability and cost to serve by checking their calculations on adhoc bases
