    • Hold structured one-on-one sessions with a portfolio of entrepreneurs, working through the commercial and developmental challenges facing their businesses.
    • Analyse businesses across finance, strategy, sales, marketing, operations and people to identify constraints, opportunities and underlying commercial issues.
    • Help entrepreneurs interpret financial and operational information and translate it into better business decisions.
    • Apply structured problem-solving to complex and sometimes ambiguous entrepreneurial challenges.
    • Challenge assumptions, test logic and help entrepreneurs evaluate the trade-offs behind important business decisions.
    • Work with entrepreneurs to strengthen their strategies, commercial models, sales approaches, marketing activities, operational systems and people practices.

    • Someone who enjoys challenging intelligent people without needing to prove that you are the cleverest person in the room.
    • Interested not only in solving the problem, but in developing the entrepreneur’s ability to solve the next one.
    • Energised by seeing recommendations move beyond a presentation and into the day-to-day reality of a business.
